香烟包装印刷卷筒凹版机

1.凹版印刷机

烟包印刷卷凹机一般有8-12色;低速印刷机速度为100-120m/min,每小时耗油墨、溶剂30-50kg/h,总排气量为25000-30000m³/h;高速印刷机速度为150-180m/min,每小时耗溶剂40-60kg/h,总排气量为35000-40000m³/h;
(以印刷面积上墨量计算:120m/min×0.92m×60min/h×2.5g/㎡÷38%=44kg/h)

2.水松纸印刷机

水松纸印刷卷凹机一般有5个颜色;总排风量为10000-18000m³/h,浓度较高,主要溶剂为乙醇,设备周围环境VOCs浓度较高,相应的无组织收集废气浓度也较高,因此采用沸石浓缩轮,适当增加抽风量。

单面凹印机

3.单面凹印机

单张凹印机一般为一种颜色,采用UV油墨,油墨中含有2%乙醇、环己酮溶剂,规划捕集排风量为2500m³/h,废气浓度为50-100mg/m³;
由于UV墨水中含有大量的紫外光固化树脂,无法对其进行吸附和浓缩。
解决方案:
1、经捕获后作为有组织的废气直接送入RTO焚烧;
2、采用UV光解+活性炭吸附/解吸装置。
有时在印刷UV油墨时,需要在管路中安装切换阀,以适应不同的加工情况;

4.丝网印刷机

丝网印刷一般为单色,采用UV油墨,油墨中含有2%乙醇、环己酮溶剂,规划捕集排风量为4000m³/h,废气浓度为50-100mg/m³;
由于UV墨水中含有大量的紫外光固化树脂,无法对其进行吸附和浓缩,
解决方案:
1、经捕获后作为有组织的废气直接送入RTO焚烧;
2、采用UV光解+活性炭吸附/解吸装置。

5.胶印机

胶印机一般为6-9色,其中2-3色采用大豆油墨,3-4色采用UV油墨,每色规划捕集排风量为2000m³/h;
印刷大豆油油墨时,VOCS废气浓度为50-150mg/m³(含洗车水),其它无组织废气经沸石转轮浓缩后进入RTO焚烧处理;
印刷UV油墨时,处理方法是:
1、经捕获后作为有组织的废气直接送入RTO焚烧;
2、采用UV光解+活性炭吸附/解吸装置。
有时在印刷UV油墨时,需要在管路中安装切换阀,以适应不同的加工情况;

  1. 胶印机、单凹印机、丝网印刷机一般采用UV油墨,其中含有大量光固化树脂,易在沸石浓缩旋转分子筛上固化,造成旋转分子筛堵塞,因此此部分采用UV光解+活性炭吸附/解吸工艺处理达标后经烟囱排放,活性炭解吸热源为与RTO净化尾气及补充电加热进行热交换或沸石浓缩旋转热风换热器或RTO高温空气;
  2. 烟标凹印机具有排风量大、浓度低的特点,即使经过设备改造减风增浓,但浓度依然不高,影响凹印机干燥度、溶剂残留量等,因此无论有组织收集还是无组织收集均送至沸石浓缩转轮进行处理;
    水松纸印刷机无组织,油墨调配间、危废间排气浓度相应较低,因此也通入沸石浓缩转轮进行吸附浓缩处理,净化后的洁净气体经烟囱达标排放。
    由于沸石浓缩转轮在温度≤40℃,相对湿度≤70%时吸附效率最高,因此,对于更高的温度需增加额外的表面冷却装置(如含水冷却塔),以保证废气的温度和相对湿度处于最佳状态。
    沸石浓缩转轮的解吸热来自于旋转阀式蓄热式氧化炉(RTO);
  3. 水松纸印刷机排风量大,废气中VOCs浓度较高,因此对印刷机热风系统进行LEL改造,减少排风量,提高废气浓度。收集后的废气送至旋转阀式蓄热氧化炉(RTO)直接燃烧,燃烧后洁净空气经烟囱排放,达标排放。

As shown in the above figure, the unorganized exhaust gas emission points of the rolling machine include: exhaust gas brought out when the material film leaves the oven, exhaust gas leaked out due to poor sealing of the oven, exhaust gas evaporated from the ink tray, exhaust gas evaporated from the ink tank, and exhaust gas evaporated from the solvent turnover container;
Methods to reduce unorganized exhaust emissions from rolling machines:

  • 1) Add a suction duct to the discharge port of the oven, and the absorbed exhaust gas is introduced into the organized exhaust gas circulation system of the oven;
  • 2) Strictly establish negative pressure in the oven, add a windproof flange at the outlet of the oven guide roller, and improve the sealing strip of the oven;
  • 3) Cover the ink tray, ink tank, and seal the solvent turnover container;
  • 4) Maintain a constant temperature of 26 ℃ and a constant humidity of 55% in the workshop;

  1. Eight water pine paper printing machines have organized exhaust with high concentration. After LEL air reduction and thickening, the exhaust is reduced and the concentration is increased before being sent to the mixing box;
    One coating machine is connected in series and parallel to reduce air flow, increase concentration, reduce exhaust, and increase concentration before being fed into RTO;
  2. After passing through LEL series parallel connection to reduce air and increase concentration, the composite machine is sent to the mixing box;
  3. 8 water pine paper printing machines, 1 coating machine, 4 laminating machines, and the ink mixing room have low ambient air concentration. After being concentrated and desorbed at a high magnification using a 100000m ³/h zeolite wheel, they flow into the mixing box;
  4. Two rotary valve RTO main fans, 70000m ³/h and 40000m ³/h, are used to extract and send it to the rotary valve thermal storage oxidation furnace (RTO) for incineration treatment. After meeting the standards, it is discharged through a chimney;

  1. Two gravure printing machines, three composite machines, and hazardous waste rooms have low air concentrations.
