  • The electrostatic recovery device has a low treatment efficiency. After testing, the actual waste gas removal efficiency is 60%, which cannot meet the current environmental protection requirements. The electrostatic recovery device cannot effectively remove odors;
  • The recovered DOTP and solvent oil are hazardous wastes, and the cost of treating hazardous wastes is high.
  • The electrostatic recovery device needs to clean the electric field cylinder regularly. Wastewater will be generated during the cleaning process, causing secondary pollution, and the wastewater needs to be treated.

The “7 coating 7 baking” PVC elastic floor production equipment is 260 meters long. The exhaust gas adopts a segmented collection method, variable frequency exhaust, and negative pressure adjustment. The exhaust gas collection rate can reach more than 95%, and the exhaust gas treatment efficiency can reach more than 99%.

DOTP and D80 solvent oil in the exhaust gas are high-boiling point substances. They are in the form of aerosols in the exhaust gas and have a certain viscosity, which can easily clog the heat storage ceramic bricks in the bottom low-temperature zone.
