Relying on the “National Engineering Laboratory for Volatile Organic Pollution Control Materials and Technologies-Shaanxi Branch” jointly established with the University of Science and Technology of China and Xi’an Jiaotong University, we focus on thermal storage combustion technology and molecular sieve adsorption technology as research directions, establish a technology research sharing platform, and promote common technological progress across the industry.

Molecular sieve adsorption efficiency laboratory

The laboratory is equipped with a tensile strength tester, Osmicron optical instruments, a glass instrument airflow dryer, and a zeolite module adsorption penetration and desorption curve test bench. It can experimentally analyze the gas-liquid adsorption mass transfer mechanism of various VOCs, establish the functional relationship between the gas-liquid phase conversion process of various VOCs molecules and temperature, contact time, relative humidity and molecular sieve composition, and is used to develop high-efficiency zeolite molecular sieve formulas; it is also equipped with a high-definition electron microscope to study the pore size and cage structure of zeolite molecular sieves.

Cloud technology big data acquisition and control platform

The cloud-based “order production and delivery status display and management system” allows the company’s design center, production planning department, engineering site, assembly workshop, parts workshop, and procurement department to control the production and delivery progress of each order in real time;
The “client operation status and data cloud monitoring system” forms a large database for product operation status, and optimizes product operation parameters through artificial intelligence extraction and analysis of big data. Daily operation parameters and status are displayed graphically and graphically, which can be monitored in real time on the mobile terminal and can also be maintained remotely. Equipped with “mobile phone APP” software.
