Wire mesh filter + RTO + post-installed main fan + hot air purge to prevent blockage

(1) Asphalt flue gas pretreatment

Asphalt flue gas is filtered and deoiled before entering RTO, with an oil-gas separation efficiency of up to 90%

(2) Anti-blocking technology for high-boiling-point copolymers

Set up steam heating device for purging (or electric heating)

Considering that a small amount of oily and sticky substances will accumulate on the heat storage bricks during long-term operation of RTO, a high-temperature purge gas pipeline is set up, and the fresh air is regularly preheated to 180℃ with high-temperature air. The oily and sticky substances remaining in the furnace body are evaporated and blown into the oxidation chamber for further decomposition.
