4. Multi-bed RTOs

  • Multi-bed RTOs consist of multiple combustion chambers that operate in parallel or series to handle high-volume and high-concentration VOCs streams.
  • The multi-bed RTO design allows for better heat recovery efficiency, lower operating costs, and longer system life.
  • Multi-bed RTOs can handle flow rates of up to 120,000 cubic meters per hour.
