About Us
We are a high-end equipment manufacturing and new technology enterprise dedicated to the comprehensive management of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology. Our core technical team comes from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute), with more than 60 R&D technology personnel, including 3 senior engineer research fellows and 16 senior engineers. We have four core technologies including thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and self-control, and have the ability to simulate temperature fields, air flow fields, ceramic heat storage material performance, molecular sieve adsorption material comparison and VOCs organic matter high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics experiments and tests.
Our company has RTO technology research and development center and waste gas carbon reduction engineering technology center in the ancient city of Xi’an, and a 30,000m2 production base in Yangling. Our RTO equipment production and sales lead the world.
Our Research and Development Platforms
- High-efficiency combustion control technology test bench: We have developed an intelligent target tracking flame detector with the characteristics of high sensitivity and strong anti-interference. The system uses an image processing algorithm to track the target flame in real time, realizing automatic flame control and improving combustion efficiency.
- Molecular sieve adsorption efficiency test bench: We have developed a molecular sieve regeneration technology that can recover and reuse the molecular sieve. The desorption efficiency of the molecular sieve is increased by more than 30%, and the adsorption efficiency is maintained above 95%, effectively solving the problem of molecular sieve saturation.
- High-efficiency ceramic heat storage technology test bench: We have developed a high-efficiency ceramic heat storage material with a heat storage temperature of over 1000¡ãC and a heat storage density of over 1.5 times that of traditional heat storage materials. This material can be used in thermal energy storage and heat exchange devices, effectively reducing energy consumption.
- Ultra-high temperature waste heat recovery test bench: We have developed an ultra-high temperature waste heat recovery technology that can recover waste heat above 1000¡ãC. This technology can be used in industries such as steelmaking, cement, glass, and ceramics, effectively reducing energy consumption and improving production efficiency.
- Gaseous fluid sealing technology test bench: We have developed a gas fluid sealing technology that can effectively seal gas and fluid media in high-speed, high-pressure, and high-temperature environments. This technology can be used in industries such as aerospace, nuclear power, and petrochemical.
Our Patents and Honors
On core technology, we have applied for 68 patents, including 21 invention patents, and the patented technology basically covers key components. Among them: 4 invention patents have been authorized, 41 utility model patents, 6 appearance patents, and 7 software copyrights.
Our Production Capacity
- Steel plate and profile automatic shot blasting and painting production line: Our production line is equipped with an automatic feeding and unloading system, and the shot blasting and painting process is fully automated. It can effectively remove the rust, oil, and impurities on the surface of the steel plate and profile, making the surface clean and smooth, and improving the coating adhesion.
- Manual shot blasting production line: Our manual shot blasting production line can effectively clean the surface of steel plates and profiles, remove rust, oil, and impurities, and improve the coating adhesion.
