  • The three-chamber RTO design is suitable for low-concentration VOCs streams and can handle flow rates of up to 15,000 cubic meters per hour.

3. Compact RTOs

  • Compact RTOs are designed for small-scale coating processes that produce low amounts of VOCs.
  • Compact RTOs have a single combustion chamber that can handle flow rates of up to 1,500 cubic meters per hour.
  • Compact RTOs are cost-effective, easy to install, and maintain, and have a high heat recovery efficiency.

4. Multi-bed RTOs

  • Multi-bed RTOs consist of multiple combustion chambers that operate in parallel or series to handle high-volume and high-concentration VOCs streams.
  • The multi-bed RTO design allows for better heat recovery efficiency, lower operating costs, and longer system life.
  • Multi-bed RTOs can handle flow rates of up to 120,000 cubic meters per hour.
