We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology. Our core technology team comes from the research institute of liquid rocket engines in aerospace industry (The Sixth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology); it has more than 60 R&D technical personnel, including 3 senior engineers and 16 senior engineers. We have four core technologies: thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and self-control, as well as the ability to simulate temperature fields and air flow fields, compare ceramic heat storage material properties and molecular sieve adsorption materials, and test the high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic matter.

Our company has established RTO technology R&D center and waste gas carbon reduction and emission reduction engineering technology center in Xi’an, a famous city in China. We also have a production base with an area of 30,000 m3 in Yangling, Shaanxi province. The sales volume of RTO equipment ranks first in the world.

• Banco de testes de tecnologia de controle de combustão eficiente: This test bench is used to simulate the complex combustion state of VOCs and verify the combustion efficiency of our equipment. We can accurately control the temperature, concentration, and flow rate of pollutants to achieve high-efficiency combustion.
• Banco de ensaio de eficiência de adsorção por peneira molecular: Our test bench can simulate the different working conditions of molecular sieve and evaluate its adsorption capacity and selectivity. This test bench is used to optimize the material selection of molecular sieve and achieve better treatment efficiency.
• Bancada de teste de tecnologia de armazenamento de calor cerâmico eficiente: This test bench is used to simulate the heat storage and releasing process of ceramic materials, which is the key technology to achieve energy saving. We can optimize the structure and material selection of the ceramic material through this test bench.
• Bancada de teste de recuperação de calor residual em temperatura ultra-alta: Our test bench can simulate the high-temperature waste gas environment and recover the waste heat for reuse. This technology can achieve energy saving and emission reduction at the same time.
• Gaseous Fluid Sealing Technology Test Bench: This test bench is used to simulate the sealing environment of our equipment and optimize the sealing structure and material selection of the equipment. We can achieve a higher sealing performance and extend the service life of the equipment through this test bench.

On core technologies, we have applied for 68 patents, including 21 invention patents, and the patent technology basically covers key components. Among them, we have been authorized for 4 invention patents, 41 utility model patents, 6 appearance patents, and 7 software copyrights.

• Linha de produção automática de jateamento e pintura por spray de chapas e perfis de aço: This production line can automatically complete the shot blasting, painting, and drying process of steel plates and profiles, which can improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.
• Linha de produção de jateamento manual: This production line is used to shot blast the complex shape workpieces and achieve the same effect as the automatic production line. This production line requires more labor but is more flexible.
• Equipamentos de remoção de poeira e proteção ambiental: Our company can provide a full range of dust removal and environmental protection equipment, including bag dust collector, cyclone dust collector, wet scrubber, etc. We can also provide customized solutions according to customer needs.
• Automatic Spray Painting Room: Our automatic painting room can provide high-quality painting for workpieces of different shapes and sizes. The spray painting robot can adjust the spray angle, flow rate, and atomization according to the workpiece’s shape and material to achieve a uniform and beautiful coating.
• Sala de secagem: Our drying room can provide a stable and controllable drying environment for workpieces after painting. We can control the temperature, humidity, and airflow rate to achieve a high-quality drying effect.
