RTO dirancang untuk menghilangkan gas berbahaya ini dari aliran gas buang industri melalui oksidasi termal suhu tinggi. The RTO relies on a stable and reliable supply of fuel to maintain the high-temperature combustion necessary for effective VOC removal. Therefore, it is essential to check the fuel supply regularly and ensure that there are no leaks or other issues that may affect the RTO’s performance.

6. Uji sistem keamanan

Sistem keselamatan RTO, seperti detektor api dan katup pelepas tekanan, harus diuji secara berkala untuk memastikan fungsinya yang benar. The records should include all maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements, as well as any incidents or accidents. The information in these records can help identify patterns or trends that may require further investigation and can be used as a reference for future maintenance and checks.
