Front end exhaust gas collection system

1. Add collection pipelines to VOCs emission areas

The dispersion area includes methanol area, impregnation area, wrinkling area, and main drying area with additional collection pipelines. The main oven is pumped into a slightly negative pressure state;

2. Add manual air valves to each escape zone

Add manual air valves to the dispersion area to balance the extracted air volume in each area;

3. Increase the main exhaust fan

Add one waste exhaust fan to each glove production line, manually controlled by variable frequency, which can match the air volume according to energy consumption and workshop environment requirements;

4. Add electric valves for supervisors

Increase the linkage between the main electric valve and the fan;

5. Make partitions in the dipping area

Open the sliding door at the adhesive position on the operating surface, install an external observation glass, seal the non operating surface directly, and perform secondary subcontracting on the outside;

6. Overall planning of exhaust gas pipeline

All production lines are consolidated to RTO exhaust gas inlet;
