{"id":3899,"date":"2024-11-22T08:30:25","date_gmt":"2024-11-22T08:30:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/rto-with-heat-recovery-monitoring\/"},"modified":"2024-11-22T08:30:25","modified_gmt":"2024-11-22T08:30:25","slug":"rto-with-heat-recovery-monitoring","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/zh_tw\/rto-with-heat-recovery-monitoring\/","title":{"rendered":"\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u7684RTO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u7684 RTO<\/h1>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/flameless-regenerative-thermal-oxidizer.jpg\" alt=\"\u7121\u7130\u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>\u4ecb\u7d39<\/h2>\n<p>\u5177\u6709\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\uff08RTO\uff09\u662f\u5de5\u696d\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u9ad8\u6548\u53bb\u9664\u88fd\u7a0b\u5ee2\u6c23\u4e2d\u7684\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOC\uff09\u548c\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAP\uff09\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u6cd5\u898f\u3002\u672c\u6587\u5c07\u63a2\u8a0e\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\u7684\u5404\u500b\u9762\u5411\u53ca\u5176\u512a\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>1. \u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u7684 RTO \u662f\u5982\u4f55\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\uff1f<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RTO \u5229\u7528\u9ad8\u6eab\u71c3\u71d2\u904e\u7a0b\u5c07\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\u526f\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\u548c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u6355\u7372\u4e26\u56de\u6536\u6c27\u5316\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u7684\u71b1\u91cf\u3002<\/li>\n<li>RTO \u5167\u7684\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\u5c07\u56de\u6536\u7684\u71b1\u91cf\u50b3\u905e\u7d66\u9032\u5165\u7684\u88fd\u7a0b\u5ee2\u6c23\uff0c\u5728\u5ee2\u6c23\u9032\u5165\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\u4e4b\u524d\u5148\u9810\u71b1\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u76e3\u63a7\u7cfb\u7d71\u6301\u7e8c\u6e2c\u91cf\u548c\u5206\u6790\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u6700\u4f73\u6548\u80fd\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. \u5e36\u6709\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u7684RTO\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\uff1a\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u5728\u6b64\u9ad8\u6eab\u4e0b\u767c\u751f\u6c27\u5316\u53cd\u61c9\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\uff1a\u9019\u4e9b\u88dd\u7f6e\u5c07\u56de\u6536\u7684\u71b1\u91cf\u50b3\u905e\u7d66\u9032\u5165\u7684\u5ee2\u6c23\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u76e3\u6e2c\u611f\u6e2c\u5668\uff1a\u611f\u6e2c\u5668\u6e2c\u91cf\u6eab\u5ea6\u3001\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u95dc\u9375\u53c3\u6578\uff0c\u4ee5\u76e3\u6e2c\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u904e\u7a0b\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\uff1a\u5b83\u8abf\u7bc0 RTO \u7684\u904b\u884c\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5c0d\u71c3\u71d2\u548c\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u904e\u7a0b\u9032\u884c\u7cbe\u78ba\u63a7\u5236\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. \u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u7684RTO\u7684\u512a\u52e2<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\uff1a\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u900f\u904e\u91cd\u8907\u5229\u7528\u6355\u7372\u7684\u71b1\u91cf\uff0c\u986f\u8457\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u7bc0\u7701\u6210\u672c\uff1a\u80fd\u6e90\u9700\u6c42\u964d\u4f4e\u53ef\u964d\u4f4e\u5de5\u696d\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u71df\u904b\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u74b0\u5883\u5408\u898f\u6027\uff1aRTO \u80fd\u6709\u6548\u53bb\u9664\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u7b26\u5408\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u6392\u653e\u6cd5\u898f\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u9577\uff1a\u5c0d\u5177\u6709\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u529f\u80fd\u7684 RTO \u9032\u884c\u9069\u7576\u7684\u76e3\u63a7\u548c\u7dad\u8b77\u53ef\u4ee5\u5ef6\u9577\u5176\u904b\u4f5c\u58fd\u547d\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. RTO\u8207\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u7684\u61c9\u7528<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5316\u5b78\u88fd\u9020\uff1aRTO\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u5316\u5de5\u5ee0\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u63a7\u5236\u5404\u7a2e\u88fd\u7a0b\u7684\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u6eb6\u5291\u56de\u6536\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6cb9\u6f06\u548c\u5857\u6599\u884c\u696d\uff1aRTO \u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6d88\u9664\u6cb9\u6f06\u548c\u5857\u6599\u751f\u7522\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u56fa\u5316\u548c\u4e7e\u71e5\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684 VOC \u6392\u653e\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5370\u5237\u548c\u5305\u88dd\uff1aRTO \u900f\u904e\u8655\u7406\u5370\u5237\u548c\u5305\u88dd\u4f5c\u696d\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u7684\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6392\u653e\u7269\u4f86\u78ba\u4fdd\u7a7a\u6c23\u6e05\u6f54\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\uff1aRTO \u53ef\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\u8a2d\u65bd\u7522\u751f\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u548c\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6392\u653e\u7269\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. \u7dad\u8b77\u548c\u512a\u5316<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5b9a\u671f\u76e3\u6e2c\uff1a\u6301\u7e8c\u76e3\u6e2c\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u6548\u7387\u548c\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u5c0d\u65bc\u767c\u73fe\u4efb\u4f55\u504f\u5dee\u6216\u6f5b\u5728\u554f\u984c\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6e05\u6f54\u548c\u6aa2\u67e5\uff1a\u5b9a\u671f\u6e05\u6f54\u548c\u6aa2\u67e5\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\u548c\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4fdd\u6301\u6700\u4f73\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\u6821\u6e96\uff1a\u61c9\u5b9a\u671f\u5c0d\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\u9032\u884c\u6821\u6e96\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u6e96\u78ba\u904b\u4f5c\u548c\u9ad8\u6548\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u57f9\u8a13\u548c\u5c08\u5bb6\u652f\u63f4\uff1a\u9069\u7576\u7684\u57f9\u8a13\u548c\u7372\u5f97\u5c08\u5bb6\u6280\u8853\u652f\u63f4\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u7dad\u8b77\u548c\u512a\u5316 RTO\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. \u884c\u696d\u6a19\u6e96\u548c\u6cd5\u898f<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u7f8e\u570b\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72 (EPA) \u6307\u5357\uff1aEPA \u70ba RTO \u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u71df\u904b\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u5357\u548c\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u5883\u6cd5\u898f\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8077\u696d\u5b89\u5168\u8207\u5065\u5eb7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40 (OSHA) \u6a19\u6e96\uff1aOSHA \u5236\u5b9a\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u8b77\u5de5\u4eba\u514d\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5de5\u696d\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6392\u653e\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff09\u7684\u4fb5\u5bb3\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u570b\u969b\u6a19\u6e96\u5316\u7d44\u7e54 (ISO) \u8a8d\u8b49\uff1aISO \u8a8d\u8b49\u78ba\u4fdd RTO \u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u4fc2\u7d71\u7b26\u5408\u570b\u969b\u54c1\u8cea\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u7ba1\u7406\u6a19\u6e96\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. \u500b\u6848\u7814\u7a76\u548c\u6210\u529f\u6848\u4f8b<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76 1\uff1a\u67d0\u5316\u5de5\u5ee0\u900f\u904e\u5be6\u65bd\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u7684 RTO \u5be6\u73fe\u4e86\u986f\u8457\u7684\u7bc0\u80fd\u6e1b\u6392\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6848\u4f8b\u7814\u7a76 2\uff1a\u4e00\u5bb6\u5370\u5237\u516c\u53f8\u900f\u904e\u63a1\u7528\u2026\u6539\u5584\u4e86\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u7570\u5473\u6392\u653e <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/zh_tw\/rto-with-heat-recovery\/\">\u5e36\u6709\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u529f\u80fd\u7684RTO<\/a> \u6280\u8853\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6210\u529f\u6848\u4f8b\uff1a\u900f\u904e\u6210\u529f\u5be6\u65bd\u5177\u6709\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u529f\u80fd\u7684 RTO\uff0c\u4e00\u5bb6\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\u5ee0\u6eff\u8db3\u4e86\u76e3\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8.\u672a\u4f86\u8da8\u52e2\u8207\u5275\u65b0<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u6280\u8853\u7684\u9032\u6b65\uff1a\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\u7684\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u589e\u5f37 RTO \u7684\u7bc0\u80fd\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u7269\u806f\u7db2\u8207\u5927\u6578\u64da\u878d\u5408\uff1a\u7269\u806f\u7db2\u611f\u6e2c\u5668\u548c\u6578\u64da\u5206\u6790\u53ef\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u5c0d RTO \u6548\u80fd\u7684\u5373\u6642\u76e3\u63a7\u548c\u6700\u4f73\u5316\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u589e\u5f37\u578b\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\uff1a\u5148\u9032\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\u548c\u6a5f\u5668\u5b78\u7fd2\u6280\u8853\u53ef\u4ee5\u512a\u5316 RTO \u904b\u4f5c\u4e26\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u66ff\u4ee3\u80fd\u6e90\uff1a\u63a2\u7d22\u66ff\u4ee3\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u518d\u751f\u71c3\u6599\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba RTO \u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u6027\u505a\u51fa\u8ca2\u737b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u6574\u9ad4\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u914d\u5099\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u76e3\u6e2c\u529f\u80fd\u7684RTO\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u4ee5\u53ca\u78ba\u4fdd\u5404\u7522\u696d\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u5883\u6cd5\u898f\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u76e3\u6e2c\u3001\u7dad\u8b77\u548c\u512a\u5316\u5c0d\u65bc\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u9019\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6027\u80fd\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u58fd\u547d\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u9ad8\u7aef\u88dd\u5099\u88fd\u9020\u9818\u57df\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOCs\uff09\u5ee2\u6c23\u7d9c\u5408\u8655\u7406\u3001\u78b3\u6e1b\u6392\u53ca\u7bc0\u80fd\u6280\u8853\u7684\u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u4f01\u696d\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6280\u8853\u5718\u968a\u6e90\u81ea\u822a\u592a\u6db2\u9ad4\u706b\u7bad\u767c\u52d5\u6a5f\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff08\u822a\u592a\u7b2c\u516d\u7814\u7a76\u6240\uff09\uff0c\u64c1\u670960\u591a\u540d\u7814\u767c\u6280\u8853\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec3\u540d\u8cc7\u6df1\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u548c16\u540d\u8cc7\u6df1\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u3002\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u64c1\u6709\u71b1\u80fd\u3001\u71c3\u71d2\u3001\u5bc6\u5c01\u548c\u81ea\u52d5\u63a7\u5236\u56db\u5927\u6838\u5fc3\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u5177\u5099\u6eab\u5ea6\u5834\u548c\u6c23\u6d41\u5834\u6a21\u64ec\u5efa\u6a21\u8a08\u7b97\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u9032\u884c\u9676\u74f7\u5132\u71b1\u6750\u6599\u6027\u80fd\u6e2c\u8a66\u3001\u5206\u5b50\u7be9\u5438\u9644\u6750\u6599\u7be9\u9078\u4ee5\u53caVOCs\u6709\u6a5f\u7269\u9ad8\u6eab\u711a\u71d2\u6c27\u5316\u7279\u6027\u5be6\u9a57\u6e2c\u8a66\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u53e4\u57ce\u897f\u5b89\u5efa\u7acb\u4e86RTO\u6280\u8853\u7814\u767c\u4e2d\u5fc3\u548c\u5ee2\u6c23\u78b3\u6e1b\u6392\u5de5\u7a0b\u6280\u8853\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u4e26\u64c1\u67093\u842c\u5e73\u65b9\u516c\u5c3a\u7684\u5ee0\u623f\u3002<sup>2<\/sup> \u751f\u7522\u57fa\u5730\u4f4d\u65bc\u694a\u51cc\uff0cRTO\u8a2d\u5099\u7522\u92b7\u91cf\u5168\u7403\u9818\u5148\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4ecb\u7d39<\/h2>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u662f\u9ad8\u968e\u8a2d\u5099\u88fd\u9020\u9818\u57dfVOCs\u5ee2\u6c23\u8655\u7406\u548c\u78b3\u6e1b\u6392\u6280\u8853\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u4f01\u696d\u3002\u6211\u5011\u64c1\u6709\u4e00\u652f\u753160\u591a\u4f4d\u7814\u767c\u6280\u8853\u4eba\u54e1\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u8cc7\u6df1\u5de5\u7a0b\u5e2b\u548c\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u958b\u767c\u524d\u6cbf\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u6191\u85c9\u5728\u71b1\u80fd\u3001\u71c3\u71d2\u3001\u5bc6\u5c01\u548c\u81ea\u52d5\u63a7\u5236\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u6a21\u64ec\u6eab\u5ea6\u5834\u548c\u6c23\u6d41\uff0c\u6e2c\u8a66\u9676\u74f7\u5132\u71b1\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u7be9\u9078\u5206\u5b50\u7be9\u5438\u9644\u6750\u6599\uff0c\u4e26\u7814\u7a76VOCs\u6709\u6a5f\u7269\u7684\u711a\u71d2\u548c\u6c27\u5316\u7279\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
