title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>\u4ecb\u7d39<\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u5371\u96aa\u7522\u696d\u4e2d\uff0c\u63a7\u5236\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u548c\u6392\u653e\u7269\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u74b0\u5883\u7834\u58de\u3001\u516c\u773e\u5065\u5eb7\u98a8\u96aa\u548c\u9055\u53cd\u6cd5\u898f\u3002\u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\uff08RTO\uff09\u662f\u63a7\u5236\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOCs\uff09\u548c\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAPs\uff09\u6700\u6709\u6548\u3001\u6700\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6280\u8853\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>RTO\u5728\u7206\u70b8\u6027\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RTO\u7cfb\u7d71\u6982\u8ff0<\/li>\n<p>\u6b64RTO\u7cfb\u7d71\u7531\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\u3001\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u5ba4\u548c\u9676\u74f7\u4ecb\u8cea\u5e8a\u7d44\u6210\u3002\u904b\u4f5c\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u542b\u6709\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOC\uff09\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u9032\u5165\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\uff0c\u52a0\u71b1\u81f3\u71c3\u9ede\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\uff0c\u7a7a\u6c23\u9032\u5165\u9676\u74f7\u4ecb\u8cea\u5e8a\uff0c\u88ab\u6c27\u5316\u4e26\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u548c\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\u3002\u6de8\u5316\u5f8c\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u96a8\u5f8c\u6392\u653e\u5230\u5927\u6c23\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<li>\u9632\u7206\u7cfb\u7d71<\/li>\n<p>RTO\uff08\u53cd\u61c9\u5668\u5132\u80fd\u88dd\u7f6e\uff09\u914d\u5099\u4e86\u9632\u7206\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4ee5\u61c9\u5c0d\u7206\u70b8\u6027\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u7206\u70b8\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7d71\u5305\u62ec\u963b\u706b\u5668\u3001\u6d29\u58d3\u95a5\u548c\u6d29\u7206\u53e3\u3002\u963b\u706b\u5668\u53ef\u9632\u6b62\u706b\u7130\u548c\u706b\u82b1\u9032\u5165RTO\u8154\u5ba4\uff0c\u800c\u6d29\u58d3\u95a5\u548c\u6d29\u7206\u53e3\u5247\u53ef\u5728\u7206\u70b8\u6642\u91cb\u653e\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u8a2d\u5099\u640d\u58de\u548c\u50b7\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n<li>\u5148\u9032\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71<\/li>\n<p>\u9060\u7aef\u7d42\u7aef\u8a2d\u5099\uff08RTO\uff09\u9084\u914d\u5099\u4e86\u5148\u9032\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u6700\u4f73\u904b\u4f5c\u72c0\u614b\u4e26\u9632\u6b62\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u5728\u7cfb\u7d71\u4e2d\u7d2f\u7a4d\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\u5305\u62ec\u6eab\u5ea6\u3001\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u6c27\u6c23\u611f\u77e5\u5668\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728\u7cfb\u7d71\u5075\u6e2c\u5230\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u72c0\u6cc1\u6642\u81ea\u52d5\u555f\u52d5\u7684\u8b66\u5831\u548c\u505c\u6a5f\u88dd\u7f6e\u3002<\/p>\n<li>\u9676\u74f7\u4ecb\u8cea\u9078\u64c7<\/li>\n<p>\u9676\u74f7\u4ecb\u8cea\u7684\u9078\u64c7 <strong>\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u71c3\u71d2\u63a7\u5236\u6280\u8853\u8a66\u9a57\u53f0\uff1a<\/strong>
