\u7cfb\u7d71\u6700\u4f73\u5316<\/h1>\n<p>\u5728\u63a7\u5236\u548c\u6e1b\u5c11\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5de5\u696d\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u5de5\u5ee0\u901a\u5e38\u4f9d\u8cf4\u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\uff08RTO\uff09\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7d71\u65e8\u5728\u9ad8\u6548\u8655\u7406\u548c\u5206\u89e3\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOC\uff09\u548c\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAP\uff09\uff0c\u9632\u6b62\u5176\u6392\u653e\u5230\u5927\u6c23\u4e2d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u767c\u63eeRTO\u7684\u6548\u80fd\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u900f\u904e\u5404\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u548c\u7b56\u7565\u4f86\u512a\u5316\u5176\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>RTO\u7cfb\u7d71\u8a2d\u8a08\u6700\u4f73\u5316<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>RTO\u88dd\u7f6e\u7684\u5408\u7406\u5c3a\u5bf8\u9078\u64c7\uff1a\u78ba\u4fddRTO\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c3a\u5bf8\u5408\u9069\u5c0d\u65bc\u9054\u5230\u6700\u4f73\u6027\u80fd\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u9019\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u8af8\u591a\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5ee2\u6c23\u6d41\u91cf\u548c\u6210\u5206\u3001\u6eab\u5ea6\u9700\u6c42\u4ee5\u53ca\u505c\u7559\u6642\u9593\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u512a\u5316\uff1aRTO\uff08\u53cd\u61c9\u5f0f\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\uff09\u56e0\u5176\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u904e\u7a0b\u800c\u5177\u6709\u9ad8\u80fd\u6548\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u512a\u5316\u71b1\u56de\u6536\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u5c0d\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\u9032\u884c\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u7dad\u8b77\uff0c\u4ee5\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u80fd\u91cf\u640d\u5931\u4e26\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u50b3\u71b1\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\u8a2d\u8a08\uff1a\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u5c0d\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOCs\uff09\u548c\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAPs\uff09\u7684\u53bb\u9664\u6548\u7387\u8d77\u8457\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u512a\u5316\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u5f37\u71c3\u71d2\u904e\u7a0b\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u6392\u653e\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>RTO\u71df\u904b\u512a\u5316<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\u6700\u4f73\u6eab\u5ea6\u63a7\u5236\uff1a\u4fdd\u6301\u5408\u9069\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u6eab\u5ea6\u5c0d\u65bcRTO\u7684\u9ad8\u6548\u904b\u4f5c\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5bc6\u5207\u76e3\u63a7\u548c\u63a7\u5236\u6eab\u5ea6\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u92b7\u6bc0\u6548\u7387\u7684\u540c\u6642\uff0c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u964d\u4f4e\u80fd\u8017\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6709\u6548\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\uff1aRTO\u7cfb\u7d71\u5167\u9069\u7576\u7684\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u5ee2\u6c23\u6d41\u5f97\u5230\u5145\u5206\u5206\u914d\u4e14\u5747\u52fb\u8655\u7406\u3002\u512a\u5316\u6d41\u91cf\u63a7\u5236\u6a5f\u69cb\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u98a8\u9580\u548c\u95a5\u9580\uff09\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u7cfb\u7d71\u6027\u80fd\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u76e3\u63a7\u8207\u7dad\u8b77\uff1a\u5b9a\u671f\u76e3\u63a7\u548c\u7dad\u8b77RTO\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c0d\u65bc\u53ca\u6642\u767c\u73fe\u548c\u89e3\u6c7a\u4efb\u4f55\u554f\u984c\u6216\u6545\u969c\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u9019\u5305\u62ec\u6aa2\u67e5\u95a5\u9580\u3001\u6aa2\u67e5\u4fdd\u6eab\u5c64\u548c\u6e05\u6f54\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>RTO\u512a\u5316\u7684\u512a\u52e2<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\uff1a\u900f\u904e\u512a\u5316\u6280\u8853\uff0cRTO \u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee5\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u6c34\u6e96\u904b\u884c\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u548c\u76f8\u95dc\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u589e\u5f37\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u53bb\u9664\uff1a\u512a\u5316 RTO \u6027\u80fd\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684 VOC \u548c HAP \u53bb\u9664\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6392\u653e\u4e26\u6539\u5584\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u7bc0\u7701\u6210\u672c\uff1a\u900f\u904e\u512a\u5316 RTO \u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5404\u884c\u696d\u53ef\u4ee5\u900f\u904e\u964d\u4f4e\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8017\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u7dad\u8b77\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u9075\u5b88\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u6cd5\u898f\u4f86\u7bc0\u7701\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u7e3d\u9ad4\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u65e8\u5728\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u6e1b\u5c11\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u7522\u696d\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u5de5\u5ee0\u800c\u8a00\uff0cRTO\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u5316\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5be6\u65bd\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u904b\u884c\u512a\u5316\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u3001\u589e\u5f37\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u53bb\u9664\u6548\u679c\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u3002\u6295\u8cc7\u65bcRTO\u512a\u5316\u4e0d\u50c5\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4fc3\u9032\u6c38\u7e8c\u548c\u8ca0\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u5de5\u696d\u5be6\u8e10\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
