{"id":2782,"date":"2024-10-24T03:37:38","date_gmt":"2024-10-24T03:37:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/rto-and-air-pollution-control\/"},"modified":"2024-10-24T03:37:38","modified_gmt":"2024-10-24T03:37:38","slug":"rto-and-air-pollution-control","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/zh_tw\/rto-and-air-pollution-control\/","title":{"rendered":"RTO\u548c\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>RTO\u548c\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236<\/h1>\n<p>\u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\uff08RTO\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u5404\u500b\u7522\u696d\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7d71\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u6709\u5bb3\u6392\u653e\u548c\u78ba\u4fdd\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u5883\u6cd5\u898f\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5728\u672c\u7bc7\u90e8\u843d\u683c\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u63a2\u8a0eRTO\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u61c9\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>1. \u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\uff08RTO\uff09\u7c21\u4ecb<\/h2>\n<p>\u53cd\u61c9\u5668\u6c27\u5316\u88dd\u7f6e\uff08RTO\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5148\u9032\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236\u88dd\u7f6e\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u6d88\u9664\u5de5\u696d\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6392\u653e\u7684\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOC\uff09\u3001\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAP\uff09\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6709\u6bd2\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7d71\u5229\u7528\u9ad8\u6eab\u548c\u50ac\u5316\u5291\u5e8a\u6c27\u5316\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff0c\u5c07\u5176\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u548c\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\u7b49\u7121\u5bb3\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528\u5340\u57df\u57f9\u8a13\u6a5f\u69cb (RTO) \u7684\u597d\u8655\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u9ad8\u7834\u58de\u6548\u7387\uff1aRTO \u53ef\u9054\u5230\u8d85\u904e 95% \u7684\u7834\u58de\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u6709\u6548\u53bb\u9664\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\uff1aRTO \u7684\u518d\u751f\u5f0f\u8a2d\u8a08\u53ef\u4ee5\u56de\u6536\u71b1\u80fd\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u71df\u904b\u6210\u672c\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u74b0\u5883\u5408\u898f\uff1a\u5340\u57df\u904b\u8f38\u7d44\u7e54\u5e6b\u52a9\u5404\u884c\u696d\u6eff\u8db3\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u6392\u653e\u6cd5\u898f\uff0c\u4e26\u7dad\u6301\u6e05\u6f54\u548c\u6c38\u7e8c\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/0-air-pollution-control-rto-4.webp\" alt=\"RTO\u5f71\u50cf1\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>2. RTO\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406<\/h2>\n<p>RTO\uff08\u53cd\u61c9\u5f0f\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\uff09\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u662f\u57fa\u65bc\u6d89\u53ca\u591a\u500b\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5ba4\u7684\u5faa\u74b0\u904e\u7a0b\u3002 RTO\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u6b65\u9a5f\u5982\u4e0b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u5438\u9644\uff1a\u53d7\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u901a\u904e\u5165\u53e3\u9032\u5165\u6c27\u5316\u5668\uff0c\u4e26\u7a7f\u904e\u9676\u74f7\u4ecb\u8cea\u5e8a\uff0cVOCs \u5728\u90a3\u88e1\u88ab\u5438\u9644\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u9810\u71b1\uff1a\u6c27\u5316\u5668\u51fa\u53e3\u7684\u6f54\u6de8\u7a7a\u6c23\u52a0\u71b1\u9676\u74f7\u5e8a\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5be6\u73fe\u71b1\u80fd\u7684\u50b3\u905e\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u71c3\u71d2\uff1a\u5438\u9644\u5728\u9676\u74f7\u5e8a\u4e2d\u7684 VOC \u900f\u904e\u71c3\u71d2\u5668\u6c27\u5316\uff0c\u5c07\u6eab\u5ea6\u5347\u9ad8\u5230\u6240\u9700\u7684\u7834\u58de\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u71b1\u56de\u6536\uff1a\u7136\u5f8c\u5c07\u71b1\u7684\u3001\u6de8\u5316\u5f8c\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u5c0e\u5411\u7b2c\u4e8c\u500b\u5e8a\u5c64\uff0c\u5c07\u7d2f\u7a4d\u7684\u71b1\u80fd\u50b3\u905e\u5230\u8a72\u5e8a\u5c64\u9032\u884c\u9810\u71b1\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u51b7\u537b\u548c\u6392\u653e\uff1a\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u6f54\u6de8\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u5728\u6392\u653e\u5230\u5927\u6c23\u4e4b\u524d\u88ab\u51b7\u537b\uff0c\u800c\u8a72\u904e\u7a0b\u5728\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u8154\u5ba4\u4e2d\u91cd\u8907\u9032\u884c\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/0-8.RTO-for-Coking-.webp\" alt=\"RTO\u5f71\u50cf2\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>3. RTO \u7684\u61c9\u7528<\/h2>\n<p>RTO\uff08\u9060\u7aef\u7d42\u7aef\u8a2d\u5099\uff09\u5728\u5404\u884c\u696d\u90fd\u6709\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5316\u5b78\u88fd\u9020\uff1aRTO\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63a7\u5236\u5316\u5b78\u88fd\u7a0b\u88dd\u7f6e\u7684\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6cb9\u6f06\u548c\u5857\u6599\uff1a\u6cb9\u6f06\u548c\u5857\u6599\u4e2d\u7684\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6210\u5206\u88abRTO\u6709\u6548\u7834\u58de\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u7b26\u5408\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u6cd5\u898f\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u88fd\u85e5\uff1aRTO \u5728\u63a7\u88fd\u88fd\u85e5\u751f\u7522\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u6392\u653e\u3001\u4fdd\u969c\u516c\u773e\u5065\u5eb7\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u77f3\u6cb9\u5316\u5b78\uff1aRTO \u7528\u65bc\u6d88\u9664\u77f3\u6cb9\u5316\u5b78\u7cbe\u7149\u4f5c\u696d\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6392\u653e\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. \u9032\u5c55\u8207\u672a\u4f86\u8da8\u52e2<\/h2>\n<p>\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236\u548cRTO\u6280\u8853\u9818\u57df\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u986f\u8457\u7684\u9032\u5c55\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u667a\u6167\u63a7\u5236\u7cfb\u7d71\uff1a\u5148\u9032\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u6f14\u7b97\u6cd5\u548c\u5373\u6642\u76e3\u63a7\u7684\u96c6\u6210\uff0c\u53ef\u5be6\u73fe\u6700\u4f73\u7684 RTO \u6027\u80fd\u548c\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u6280\u8853\uff1a\u5275\u65b0\u7684\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u65b9\u6cd5\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86 RTO \u7684\u71b1\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u80fd\u8017\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8207\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u6574\u5408\uff1a\u5c07\u5340\u57df\u8f38\u96fb\u7d44\u7e54\u8207\u592a\u967d\u80fd\u7b49\u518d\u751f\u80fd\u6e90\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u5404\u884c\u696d\u52aa\u529b\u8ffd\u6c42\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\uff0cRTO \u7684\u4e0d\u65b7\u767c\u5c55\u5c07\u63a8\u52d5\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u6539\u9032\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u4fc3\u9032\u5168\u7403\u66f4\u6e05\u6f54\u3001\u66f4\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u3002<\/p>\n<p><!DOCTYPE
