\u5373\u6642\u6c27\u5316\uff08RTO\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u5404\u884c\u696d\u7684\u74b0\u4fdd\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u548c\u63a7\u5236\u6392\u653e\u3002\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8a0e\u5373\u6642\u6c27\u5316\u6392\u653e\u53ca\u5176\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u7fa9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u4e86\u89e3 RTO \u6392\u653e<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>RTO \u64cd\u4f5c\u548c\u529f\u80fd<\/li>\n<p>\u53cd\u61c9\u5668\u71c3\u71d2\u5668\uff08RTO\uff09\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\u662f\u5229\u7528\u9ad8\u6eab\u71c3\u71d2\u5de5\u696d\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6392\u653e\u7684\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOC\uff09\u548c\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAP\uff09\u3002\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u7531\u9676\u74f7\u5e8a\u7d44\u6210\uff0c\u9676\u74f7\u5e8a\u4ea4\u66ff\u5438\u6536\u548c\u91cb\u653e\u71b1\u91cf\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u3002<\/p>\n<li>RTO\u6392\u653e\u90e8\u4ef6<\/li>\n<p>RTO\u6392\u653e\u53ef\u5206\u70ba\u4e09\u5927\u4e3b\u8981\u7d44\u6210\u90e8\u5206\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5316\u5b78\u6392\u653e<\/li>\n<p>\u5728\u6c27\u5316\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOCs\uff09\u548c\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAPs\uff09\u6703\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\uff08CO2\uff09\u548c\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u8f49\u5316\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e1b\u5c11\u9019\u4e9b\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<li>\u9846\u7c92\u7269\uff08PM\uff09\u6392\u653e<\/li>\n<p>\u5118\u7ba1RTO\uff08\u53cd\u61c9\u5668\u51b7\u537b\u5668\uff09\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8a2d\u8a08\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u63a7\u5236\u6c23\u9ad4\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u53ef\u80fd\u7522\u751f\u5fae\u91cf\u7684\u9846\u7c92\u7269\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u5408\u9069\u7684\u904e\u6ffe\u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u4ee5\u986f\u8457\u6e1b\u5c11\u9846\u7c92\u7269\u6392\u653e\u3002<\/p>\n<li>\u6c2e\u6c27\u5316\u7269\uff08NOx\uff09\u6392\u653e<\/li>\n<p>\u5728\u67d0\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u71c3\u71d2\u6eab\u5ea6\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0cRTO\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u7522\u751fNOx\u6392\u653e\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5148\u9032\u7684RTO\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u512a\u5316\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u53c3\u6578\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u964d\u4f4eNOx\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n<li>RTO\u6392\u653e\u7269\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff<\/li>\n<p>\u53cd\u61c9\u7210\u71c3\u71d2\u5668\u5728\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u5de5\u696d\u6d3b\u52d5\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5176\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u71c3\u71d2\u904e\u7a0b\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e86\u6709\u5bb3\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u548c\u6574\u9ad4\u74b0\u5883\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>RTO\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u6548\u76ca<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u898f<\/li>\n<p>\u5340\u57df\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u7d44\u7e54\uff08RTO\uff09\u65e8\u5728\u6eff\u8db3\u5730\u65b9\u548c\u570b\u969b\u7ba1\u7406\u6a5f\u69cb\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u56b4\u683c\u74b0\u5883\u6cd5\u898f\u3002\u5be6\u65bdRTO\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u5404\u884c\u696d\u9075\u5b88\u6392\u653e\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u8655\u7f70\u6216\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5f8c\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<li>\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387<\/li>\n<p>RTO\uff08\u53cd\u61c9\u5668\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\uff09\u7684\u518d\u751f\u904e\u7a0b\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u5920\u56de\u6536\u548c\u518d\u5229\u7528\u71b1\u80fd\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u986f\u8457\u7bc0\u7701\u80fd\u6e90\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u71df\u904b\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u900f\u904e\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u78b3\u8db3\u8de1\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u4e86\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u5be6\u8e10\u3002<\/p>\n<li>\u6539\u5584\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea<\/li>\n<p>\u900f\u904e\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u6392\u653e\uff0cRTO\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6e1b\u5c11\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u6539\u5584\u9031\u908a\u5730\u5340\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u3002\u9019\u65e2\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u4eba\u985e\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u751f\u614b\u7cfb\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/p>\n<li>\u589e\u5f37\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027<\/li>\n<p>\u53cd\u61c9\u5668\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u88dd\u7f6e\uff08RTO\uff09\u900f\u904e\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u5de5\u696d\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u6392\u653e\u63a7\u5236\u6280\u8853\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u7b26\u5408\u74b0\u4fdd\u610f\u8b58\u548c\u8ca0\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u8cc7\u6e90\u7ba1\u7406\u539f\u5247\u3002<\/p>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\u7d50\u8ad6<\/h2>\n<p>\u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\u662f\u5404\u7522\u696d\u6e1b\u5c11\u6392\u653e\u3001\u78ba\u4fdd\u74b0\u5883\u5408\u898f\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u900f\u904e\u4e86\u89e3\u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\u7684\u6392\u653e\u53ca\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5\u70ba\u5b50\u5b6b\u5f8c\u4ee3\u5275\u9020\u4e00\u500b\u66f4\u7da0\u8272\u3001\u66f4\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
