\u516c\u53f8\u7c21\u4ecb\uff1a\u6d59\u6c5f\u7f8e\u83ef\u79d1\u6280\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u84ec\u52c3\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u9ad8\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4f4d\u65bc\u6d59\u6c5f\u7701\u7d93\u6fdf\u6280\u8853\u958b\u767c\u5340\uff08BDA\uff09\u3002\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u79c9\u6301\u8457\u300c\u6c42\u5be6\u3001\u5275\u65b0\u3001\u5c08\u6ce8\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u300d\u7684\u7406\u5ff5\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u670d\u52d9\u65bc\u4e2d\u570b\u4e43\u81f3\u5168\u7403\u7684VOCs\u5ee2\u6c23\u6cbb\u7406\u7522\u696d\u53ca\u51b6\u91d1\u88dd\u5099\u9818\u57df\u3002\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u5728VOCs\u5ee2\u6c23\u6cbb\u7406\u5c08\u6848\u65b9\u9762\u64c1\u6709\u5148\u9032\u7684\u6280\u8853\u548c\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u5176\u6848\u4f8b\u5df2\u6210\u529f\u61c9\u7528\u65bc\u5857\u6599\u3001\u6a61\u81a0\u3001\u96fb\u5b50\u3001\u5370\u5237\u7b49\u884c\u696d\u3002\u5728\u6241\u92fc\u751f\u7522\u7dda\u7684\u7814\u767c\u548c\u88fd\u9020\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u64c1\u6709\u591a\u5e74\u7684\u6280\u8853\u7a4d\u7d2f\uff0c\u64c1\u6709\u8fd1\u767e\u500b\u61c9\u7528\u6848\u4f8b\u3002 <\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bcVOCs\u6709\u6a5f\u5ee2\u6c23\u8655\u7406\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u88fd\u9020\u3001\u5b89\u88dd\u3001\u8abf\u8a66\u53ca\u6241\u92fc\u751f\u7522\u7dda\u7bc0\u80fd\u74b0\u4fdd\u6539\u9020\u5347\u7d1a\u5de5\u7a0b\uff0c\u70ba\u5ba2\u6236\u63d0\u4f9b\u74b0\u4fdd\u3001\u7bc0\u80fd\u3001\u63d0\u5347\u7522\u54c1\u54c1\u8cea\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u6848\u3002 \u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u8a8d\u53ef\u4e26\u88ab\u5ee3\u6cdb\u61c9\u7528\uff0c\u662f\u6d88\u9664\u5404\u7a2e\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269 (VOC) \u548c\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6700\u6709\u6548\u3001\u6700\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6280\u8853\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u4f7f\u7528 RTO \u6e1b\u5c11 HAP \u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u91cd\u9ede\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u7834\u58de\u6548\u7387\u9ad8\uff1a<\/strong> RTO\u4ee5\u5176\u9ad8\u7834\u58de\u6548\u7387\u800c\u805e\u540d\uff0c\u9019\u610f\u5473\u8457\u5b83\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u6709\u6548\u6c27\u5316\u548c\u7834\u58de\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAP\uff09\u3002 RTO\u5167\u7684\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\u8a2d\u8a08\u7528\u65bc\u7dad\u6301\u8db3\u5920\u9ad8\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u9ad8\u65bc1,400\u00b0F\u6216760\u00b0C\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAP\uff09\u5728\u5167\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u5b8c\u5168\u6c27\u5316\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u9069\u7528\u6027\u5ee3\u6cdb\uff1a<\/strong> RTO \u53ef\u4ee5\u8655\u7406\u5404\u7a2e\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269 (HAP) \u548c\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269 (VOC)\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\u82ef\u3001\u7532\u82ef\u3001\u4e8c\u7532\u82ef\u3001\u6c2f\u5316\u7269\u3001\u7532\u919b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u5404\u7a2e\u6709\u6a5f\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u3002\u5176\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u4f7f\u5176\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269 (HAP) \u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u5de5\u696d\u61c9\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4fdd\u7559\u6642\u9593\uff1a<\/strong> RTO\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u4f7f\u5176\u5728\u71c3\u71d2\u5ba4\u5167\u6709\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u505c\u7559\u6642\u9593\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u542b\u6709\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAP\uff09\u7684\u5ee2\u6c23\u80fd\u5920\u5728\u9ad8\u6eab\u5340\u505c\u7559\u8db3\u5920\u9577\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\uff08HAP\uff09\u5f97\u5230\u5145\u5206\u8655\u7406\u4e26\u6c27\u5316\u70ba\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\u526f\u7522\u54c1\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u71b1\u56de\u6536\uff1a<\/strong> RTO \u4e2d\u7684\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u901a\u5e38\u63a1\u7528\u9676\u74f7\u4ecb\u8cea\u5e8a\u6216\u71b1\u4ea4\u63db\u5668\uff0c\u5728\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269 (HAP) \u7684\u92b7\u6bc0\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u7cfb\u7d71\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7dad\u6301\u6240\u9700\u6eab\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u71b1\u80fd\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u71c3\u71d2\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u591a\u8b8a\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u689d\u4ef6\u4e0b\u4e5f\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u92b7\u6bc0\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269 (HAP)\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u9075\u5b88\u6cd5\u898f\uff1a<\/strong> RTO \u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u65e8\u5728\u6eff\u8db3\u56b4\u683c\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269 (HAP) \u6392\u653e\u74b0\u5883\u6cd5\u898f\u3002\u900f\u904e\u6709\u6548\u6d88\u9664\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269 (HAP)\uff0cRTO \u53ef\u5354\u52a9\u5404\u884c\u696d\u9075\u5b88\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u6a19\u6e96\u548c\u6392\u653e\u9650\u503c\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u76e3\u63a7\u8207\u63a7\u5236\uff1a<\/strong> RTO \u914d\u5099\u5148\u9032\u7684\u76e3\u63a7\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u53ef\u6c38\u7e8c\u76e3\u6e2c\u6eab\u5ea6\u3001\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7b49\u53c3\u6578\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd RTO \u5728\u8655\u7406\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269 (HAP) \u6642\u4fdd\u6301\u6700\u4f73\u6027\u80fd\uff0c\u4e26\u53ef\u6839\u64da\u9700\u8981\u9032\u884c\u8abf\u6574\u548c\u6700\u4f73\u5316\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0cRTO \u7684\u7279\u5b9a\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u914d\u7f6e\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u6839\u64da\u5f85\u8655\u7406\u7684 HAP \u7684\u7279\u6027\u9032\u884c\u5ba2\u88fd\u5316\u3002 HAP \u7684\u5316\u5b78\u6210\u5206\u3001\u6fc3\u5ea6\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u88fd\u7a0b\u7279\u5b9a\u8003\u616e\u56e0\u7d20\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ff RTO \u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u548c\u5ba2\u88fd\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d9c\u4e0a\u6240\u8ff0\uff0cRTO \u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9ad8\u6548\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6cbb\u7406\u6280\u8853\u3002\u5176\u9ad8\u7834\u58de\u6548\u7387\u3001\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7684\u9069\u7528\u6027\u4ee5\u53ca\u7b26\u5408\u6cd5\u898f\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u6210\u70ba\u5c0b\u6c42\u6e1b\u8f15\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u6392\u653e\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u884c\u696d\u7684\u9996\u9078\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
