\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7528\u65bc\u8655\u7406\u5ee2\u6c23\u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u529f\u80fd\u662f\u6d88\u9664\u5de5\u696d\u6216\u88fd\u9020\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7d93\u5e38\u6392\u653e\u7684\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269 (VOC)\u3001\u6709\u5bb3\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u7269 (HAP) \u548c\u60e1\u81ed\u6392\u653e\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" title=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>\u84c4\u71b1\u5f0f\u71b1\u6c27\u5316\u5668\u7684\u512a\u9ede<\/h2>\n<h3>\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08VOCs\uff09\u63a7\u5236<\/h3>\n<p>RTO \u65e8\u5728\u63a7\u5236\u63ee\u767c\u6027\u6709\u6a5f\u5316\u5408\u7269 (VOC) \u7684\u6392\u653e\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u5176\u4e0d\u6703\u5c0d\u4eba\u985e\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u9020\u6210\u5371\u5bb3\u3002 VOC \u901a\u5e38\u6709\u5bb3\uff0c\u91cb\u653e\u5230\u5927\u6c23\u4e2d\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u6c23\u5473\u63a7\u5236<\/h3>\n<p>RTO\u7cfb\u7d71\u9084\u80fd\u53bb\u9664\u7570\u5473\u6392\u653e\u7269\u3002\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u6c23\u5473\u7ba1\u7406\u5c0d\u65bc\u7dad\u6301\u5b89\u5168\u8212\u9069\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7522\u696d\u5c24\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u9846\u7c92\u7269\u63a7\u5236<\/h3>\n<p>RTO \u53ef\u4ee5\u986f\u8457\u6e1b\u5c11\u91cb\u653e\u5230\u5927\u6c23\u4e2d\u7684\u9846\u7c92\u7269\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u4f01\u696d\u6eff\u8db3\u74b0\u5883\u6cd5\u898f\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u80fd\u6e90\u6548\u7387\u8207\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027<\/h3>\n<p>RTO\u7cfb\u7d71\u8a2d\u8a08\u9ad8\u6548\u7bc0\u80fd\uff0c\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u91cd\u8907\u5229\u7528\u6c27\u5316\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7522\u751f\u7684\u71b1\u80fd\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u50c5\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u80fd\u8017\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u63d0\u5347\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u6c38\u7e8c\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6211\u5011\u7684RTO\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u7279\u9ede<\/h2>\n<p>\u4f5c\u70ba RTO \u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u88fd\u9020\u5546\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u5177\u6709\u4ee5\u4e0b\u5e7e\u500b\u7368\u7279\u529f\u80fd\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u7834\u58de\u6548\u7387\u9ad8<\/li>\n<li>\u71df\u904b\u6210\u672c\u4f4e<\/li>\n<li>\u9ad8\u71b1\u80fd\u56de\u6536\u7387<\/li>\n<li>\u53ef\u9760\u4e14\u5805\u56fa\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08<\/li>\n<li>\u53ef\u5b9a\u5236\u4ee5\u6eff\u8db3\u7279\u5b9a\u9700\u6c42<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>RTO\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027<\/h2>\n<p>RTO \u900f\u904e\u5c07\u6709\u5bb3\u6392\u653e\u7269\u8f49\u5316\u70ba\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u548c\u6c34\u84b8\u6c23\uff0c\u5728\u74b0\u5883\u4fdd\u8b77\u4e2d\u767c\u63ee\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u5e6b\u52a9\u5404\u884c\u5404\u696d\u9075\u5b88\u74b0\u5883\u6cd5\u898f\u548c\u6392\u653e\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cRTO \u7cfb\u7d71\u63a1\u7528\u71b1\u56de\u6536\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u56de\u6536\u4e26\u5229\u7528\u5ee2\u6c23\u4e2d\u7684\u71b1\u91cf\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7bc0\u80fd\u6e1b\u6392\u548c\u6c38\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>RTO\u7684\u61c9\u7528<\/h2>\n<p><img
