2. 壓降

RTO systems involve the movement of gases through the system, and this movement results in pressure drop. If the pressure drop becomes too high, it can negatively impact the system’s efficiency. This issue can arise due to various factors, including inadequate duct sizing, excessive buildup of particulate matter in the system, or malfunctioning valves. Proper maintenance and regular monitoring of the pressure drop can help detect and address this issue.

3.熱回收

Additionally, certain parts may need to be replaced more frequently than others, resulting in higher maintenance costs. Regular inspection and maintenance can help detect and address maintenance-related issues before they become more costly.

RTOs can generate noise pollution, which can be a concern for workers and nearby residents. Noise pollution can be caused by various factors, including the system’s fan and pressure drop. Proper design and installation of the system can help reduce noise pollution. Additionally, regular maintenance and inspection can help detect and address noise-related issues.
