We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team comprises more than 60 R&D technicians, including 3 senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute). Four core technologies – thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and automatic control – form the basis of our expertise. We have the ability to simulate temperature fields, air flow field simulation modeling and calculation, test ceramic thermal storage materials, molecular sieve adsorption materials, and conduct experimental testing of high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic matter. The company has built an RTO technology research and development center and an exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology center in the ancient city of Xi’an, and a 30,000m2 production base in Yangling. Our production and sales volume of RTO equipment is far ahead of the rest of the world.

• 高效能燃燒控制技術試驗台 – This platform is capable of measuring and analyzing the combustion process, thereby increasing combustion efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and lowering emissions of pollutants.
• 分子篩吸附效率測試台 – This platform tests the adsorption performance of molecular sieve adsorption materials used for the recovery of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
• 高效能陶瓷儲熱技術測試台 – This platform tests the thermal storage performance of high-efficiency ceramic materials, which significantly enhances the efficiency of heat recovery and reduces energy consumption.
• 超高溫餘熱回收試驗台 – This platform tests the heat recovery performance of high-temperature flue gas and waste heat recovery materials and equipment, which improves energy efficiency and reduces emissions.
• 氣液密封技術試驗台 – This platform tests the sealing performance of various types of gas sealing and sealing materials, which enhances the safety and efficiency of equipment operation.

• 鋼板、型材自動拋丸噴漆生產線 – This production line eliminates rust and dirt on the surface of steel plates and profiles and improves the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating.
• 手動拋丸生產線 – This production line can effectively remove rust, dirt, and other contaminants from the surface of steel structures.
• 除塵環保設備 – We provide a variety of dust removal and environmental protection equipment that can effectively filter and purify particulate matter and other pollutants.
• 自動噴漆房 – This room provides a highly automated and controlled environment for painting products, ensuring a uniform and high-quality coating.
• 乾燥室 – We have a drying room that is used for drying painted products and other materials. It is equipped with a temperature control system that ensures uniform drying and reduces the risk of material deformation.
