Founded in 1996, it has developed into a professional waterproofing system supplier integrating scientific research and development, production, sales and construction services, a “prefabricated construction industry base” and a “leading enterprise in China’s waterproofing industry”.

 
At present, the company has 5 waterproof production bases with 62 modern waterproof material production lines, with an annual production capacity of waterproofing membranes of 290 million square meters and an annual production capacity of coatings of 290,000 tons. The SBS two-meter production line and the large-scale EPDM vulcanization production line were both born in Hongyuan. The company’s products cover waterproof fields such as railways, roads and bridges, municipal administration, civil construction, industry, and military industry, with 8 series and more than 100 varieties, covering most functional requirements.

宏源防水在2018年、2019年率先使用2組三床式RTO，2021年東廠區3條生產線、西廠區2條生產線環保設備升級改造項目選用第三代技術旋轉閥式RTO，並進行對標使用，旋轉式RTO節能效果顯著，設備維護更加便捷。

50000m3/h風量的旋轉閥式RTO處理一條捲材生產線廢氣時，平均風量為20~23m3/h，35000m3/h風量的三床式RTO處理一條捲材生產線廢氣時，同樣風量的使用量為31~34m3/h，平均氣量為300h。
