We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compound (VOC) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team comes from the Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, with more than 60 R&D technicians, including 3 senior engineers and 16 senior engineers. We have four core technologies: thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and self-control. We have the ability to simulate temperature fields, air flow fields, ceramic heat storage material performance, molecular sieve adsorption material comparison, and VOC high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics and experimental testing capabilities. The company has built an RTO technology R&D center and waste gas carbon reduction and emission reduction engineering technology center in the ancient city of Xi’an, and a 30,000m100 production base in Yangling. RTO equipment production and sales are leading in the world.
高效率燃燒控制技術試驗台:重點研究燃燒機制、燃燒穩定控制、污染物排放控制等,為RTO設備燃燒控制提供強大的技術保障。分子篩吸附效率試驗台具備各類分子篩材料的吸附性能、脫附性能、再生性能測試功能,為分子篩材料的選用、研發及性能評估提供有力支撐。高效能陶瓷蓄熱技術試驗台將陶瓷蓄熱材料與RTO設備結合,組成高效率節能裝置。超高溫餘熱回收試驗台用於回收高溫餘熱,提高能源效率。氣態流體密封技術試驗台用於研究各類密封材料在高溫高壓工況下的密封性能,為RTO設備的密封提供技術支援。
在核心技術方面,我們已申請專利68項,其中發明專利21項,涵蓋了公司技術的關鍵零件。目前,公司已取得授權發明專利4項、實用新型專利41項、設計專利6項、軟體著作權7項。
鋼板及型材自動拋丸噴漆生產線主要用於鋼板及型材的預處理;手動拋丸生產線用於大型工件的預處理;除塵環保設備用於淨化生產過程中產生的廢氣;自動噴漆房用於對質量要求較高的產品進行最後的噴漆;烘乾房用於已噴漆產品的烘乾,已滿足快速交付的要求。
