When printing equipment emits polluted air, it’s collected and sent to the RTO. The RTO heats up the polluted air to temperatures between 815-980¡ãC (1500-1800¡ãF) and holds it in a combustion chamber for a few seconds to ensure complete oxidation. The purified air is then released into the atmosphere, and the RTO cycles to bring in more polluted air.
