RTO 的運作方式

RTOs work by utilizing the principle of thermal oxidation. The VOC-laden air is first preheated in the heat exchanger before entering the combustion chamber. Inside the combustion chamber, the VOCs are oxidized at high temperatures (>815¡ãC) in the presence of oxygen, which converts them into carbon dioxide and water vapor. The hot, clean air is then cooled down in the heat exchanger before being released into the atmosphere. The heat exchanger allows for heat recovery, which can be utilized in other parts of the printing process, such as drying.
