Monitoring and diagnostic instruments are essential for continuous monitoring of the RTO’s performance and detecting any potential issues. These instruments measure key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and gas concentrations to ensure optimal operation, identify deviations from normal conditions, and facilitate timely maintenance and troubleshooting.
Insulation and structural components are necessary to maintain the high temperatures required for the combustion process and prevent heat loss. The insulation materials help minimize energy wastage and ensure the efficient operation of the RTO. The structural components provide stability and durability, supporting the entire system’s weight and protecting it from external forces.
We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team comes from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute); it has more than 60 R&D technicians, including 3 senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers.
