RTO with heat recovery” />We are a high-tech enterprise that specializes in comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our company’s core technical team comes from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute). It has over 60 R&D technicians, including 3 senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers. We have four core technologies: thermal energy, combustion, sealing and automatic control. Moreover, we have the ability to simulate temperature fields and air flow field simulation modeling and calculation. We also have the ability to test the performance of ceramic thermal storage materials, the selection of molecular sieve adsorption materials, and the experimental testing of high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic matter.

We have built an RTO technology research and development center and an exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology center in the ancient city of Xi’an, and a 30,000m122 production base in Yangling. Additionally, our production and sales volume of RTO equipment is far ahead in the world. Our research and development platform includes:

– Molecular sieve adsorption efficiency test bench
– High-efficiency ceramic heat storage technology test bench
– Ultra-high temperature waste heat recovery test bench

高效燃烧控制技术试验台,用于精确测量和控制燃烧过程,确保燃烧高效、稳定、环保;分子筛吸附效率试验台,模拟实际VOCs吸附过程,选择最合适的吸附材料;高效陶瓷蓄热技术试验台,用于测试陶瓷材料的蓄热能力及稳定性;超高温余热回收试验台,用于高温废气的余热回收与节能;气流体密封技术试验台,用于测试气流体系统的密封性能,确保安全稳定。

专利与荣誉方面,我们共申请专利68项,其中发明专利21项,专利技术基本覆盖关键零部件,目前已获得发明专利4项、实用新型专利41项、外观设计专利6项、软件著作权7项,并取得多项行业认证,如下图所示:
