Thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb oxy h\u00f3a nhi\u1ec7t t\u00e1i sinh (RTO) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng r\u1ed9ng r\u00e3i trong nhi\u1ec1u ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p \u0111\u1ec3 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t h\u1eefu c\u01a1 d\u1ec5 bay h\u01a1i (VOC). Hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a RTO c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111o l\u01b0\u1eddng b\u1eb1ng nhi\u1ec1u ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p kh\u00e1c nhau, bao g\u1ed3m t\u00ednh to\u00e1n hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t nhi\u1ec7t, hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y v\u00e0 hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t VOC t\u1ed5ng th\u1ec3. B\u00e0i vi\u1ebft n\u00e0y s\u1ebd t\u00ecm hi\u1ec3u c\u00e1c ph\u00e9p t\u00ednh kh\u00e1c nhau n\u00e0y v\u00e0 \u00fd ngh\u0129a c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang trong vi\u1ec7c x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a RTO.<\/p>\n

Hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t nhi\u1ec7t c\u1ee7a RTO l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 quan tr\u1ecdng \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111o l\u01b0\u1eddng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 thu h\u1ed3i nhi\u1ec7t. N\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 gi\u1eefa l\u01b0\u1ee3ng nhi\u1ec7t thu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1eeb RTO so v\u1edbi l\u01b0\u1ee3ng nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o. Hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t ti\u00eau h\u1ee7y (DE) \u0111o l\u01b0\u1eddng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t RTO trong vi\u1ec7c ti\u00eau h\u1ee7y VOC. N\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 gi\u1eefa l\u01b0\u1ee3ng VOC b\u1ecb ti\u00eau h\u1ee7y so v\u1edbi l\u01b0\u1ee3ng VOC \u0111i v\u00e0o RTO. C\u00f4ng th\u1ee9c t\u00ednh DE nh\u01b0 sau:<\/p>\n

L\u01b0\u1ee3ng VOC \u0111i v\u00e0o RTO \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111o b\u1eb1ng H\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng Gi\u00e1m s\u00e1t Ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i Li\u00ean t\u1ee5c (CEMS), trong khi l\u01b0\u1ee3ng VOC b\u1ecb ti\u00eau h\u1ee7y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh to\u00e1n b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng c\u00e1c ph\u00e9p \u0111o c\u1ee7a CEMS v\u00e0 nhi\u1ec7t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng thu h\u1ed3i \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1eeb RTO. Ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 DE cao h\u01a1n cho th\u1ea5y RTO hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 h\u01a1n trong vi\u1ec7c ti\u00eau h\u1ee7y VOC, \u0111\u1ed3ng ngh\u0129a v\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c gi\u1ea3m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i v\u00e0 tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 c\u00e1c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng.<\/p>\n
Hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t VOC t\u1ed5ng th\u1ec3 (OVCE) c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t RTO t\u00ednh \u0111\u1ebfn c\u1ea3 hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t nhi\u1ec7t v\u00e0 hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y. N\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ecbnh ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 t\u1ef7 l\u1ec7 gi\u1eefa l\u01b0\u1ee3ng VOC b\u1ecb ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y so v\u1edbi l\u01b0\u1ee3ng VOC \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o, bao g\u1ed3m c\u1ea3 \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng v\u00f2ng ho\u1eb7c tr\u01b0\u1ee3t. L\u01b0\u1ee3ng VOC \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o l\u00e0 t\u1ed5ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng VOC \u0111i v\u00e0o RTO v\u00e0 l\u01b0\u1ee3ng VOC \u0111i qua ho\u1eb7c l\u1ecdt qua RTO. OVCE l\u00e0 th\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111o to\u00e0n di\u1ec7n v\u1ec1 hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a m\u1ed9t RTO v\u00e0 cho bi\u1ebft hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a n\u00f3 trong vi\u1ec7c ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i VOC. OVCE c\u00e0ng cao th\u00ec RTO c\u00e0ng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 trong vi\u1ec7c ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i VOC, \u0111\u1ed3ng ngh\u0129a v\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t v\u00e0 m\u1ee9c \u0111\u1ed9 tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n.<\/p>\n
Hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a RTO c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 b\u1ecb \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng b\u1edfi nhi\u1ec1u y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1, bao g\u1ed3m:<\/p>\n
Vi\u1ec7c t\u1ed1i \u01b0u h\u00f3a c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 n\u00e0y c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a RTO v\u00e0 mang l\u1ea1i hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m chi ph\u00ed.<\/p>\n
RTO l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 \u0111\u1ec3 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i VOC trong nhi\u1ec1u ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p. Hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a RTO c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u00ednh to\u00e1n b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1c th\u00f4ng s\u1ed1 kh\u00e1c nhau, bao g\u1ed3m hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t nhi\u1ec7t, hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y v\u00e0 hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t VOC t\u1ed5ng th\u1ec3. Nh\u1eefng t\u00ednh to\u00e1n n\u00e0y cung c\u1ea5p nh\u1eefng hi\u1ec3u bi\u1ebft s\u00e2u s\u1eafc c\u00f3 gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb v\u1ec1 hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a RTO v\u00e0 hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang trong vi\u1ec7c ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i VOC. B\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch t\u1ed1i \u01b0u h\u00f3a c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u1ebfn hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 RTO, c\u00e1c ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 \u0111\u1ea1t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng tu\u00e2n th\u1ee7 v\u00e0 ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m chi ph\u00ed t\u1ed1t h\u01a1n.<\/p>\n
Ch\u00fang t\u00f4i l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t doanh nghi\u1ec7p c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 cao chuy\u00ean v\u1ec1 x\u1eed l\u00fd to\u00e0n di\u1ec7n kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t h\u1eefu c\u01a1 d\u1ec5 bay h\u01a1i (VOC), c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 gi\u1ea3m thi\u1ec3u carbon v\u00e0 ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cho s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb cao c\u1ea5p. \u0110\u1ed9i ng\u0169 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt c\u1ed1t l\u00f5i c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang t\u00f4i bao g\u1ed3m h\u01a1n 60 k\u1ef9 thu\u1eadt vi\u00ean R&D, bao g\u1ed3m 3 k\u1ef9 s\u01b0 cao c\u1ea5p \u1edf c\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ed9 nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u v\u00e0 16 k\u1ef9 s\u01b0 cao c\u1ea5p \u0111\u1ebfn t\u1eeb Vi\u1ec7n Nghi\u00ean c\u1ee9u \u0110\u1ed9ng c\u01a1 T\u00ean l\u1eeda Nhi\u00ean li\u1ec7u L\u1ecfng H\u00e0ng kh\u00f4ng V\u0169 tr\u1ee5 (Vi\u1ec7n H\u00e0ng kh\u00f4ng V\u0169 tr\u1ee5 Th\u1ee9 S\u00e1u). S\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u00e0 doanh s\u1ed1 thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb RTO c\u1ee7a ch\u00fang t\u00f4i v\u01b0\u1ee3t xa th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi.<\/p>\n Trong c\u00e1c n\u1ec1n t\u1ea3ng R&D c\u1ee7a m\u00ecnh, ch\u00fang t\u00f4i \u0111\u00e3 thi\u1ebft l\u1eadp n\u1ec1n t\u1ea3ng v\u1eefng ch\u1eafc cho \u0111\u1ed5i m\u1edbi v\u00e0 ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7, \u0111\u1ed3ng th\u1eddi cam k\u1ebft gi\u1ea3i quy\u1ebft c\u00e1c v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 v\u1ec1 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng v\u00e0 c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng trong c\u00e1c m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p.<\/p>\n Ch\u00fang t\u00f4i \u0111\u00e3 n\u1ed9p \u0111\u01a1n xin c\u1ea5p 68 b\u1eb1ng s\u00e1ng ch\u1ebf cho nhi\u1ec1u c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 c\u1ed1t l\u00f5i kh\u00e1c nhau, bao g\u1ed3m 21 b\u1eb1ng s\u00e1ng ch\u1ebf ph\u00e1t minh.
