RTO s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng h\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng hai bu\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ec3 oxy h\u00f3a v\u00e0 lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf VOC v\u00e0 HAP kh\u1ecfi kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i. Bu\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean l\u00e0 bu\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed1t, n\u01a1i kh\u00ed \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ed1t n\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ebfn nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 t\u1eeb 815\u00b0C \u0111\u1ebfn 1093\u00b0C, k\u00edch ho\u1ea1t qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh oxy h\u00f3a. Trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh n\u00e0y, VOC v\u00e0 HAP ph\u1ea3n \u1ee9ng v\u1edbi oxy v\u00e0 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i th\u00e0nh carbon dioxide, h\u01a1i n\u01b0\u1edbc v\u00e0 nhi\u1ec7t. Bu\u1ed3ng th\u1ee9 hai l\u00e0 bu\u1ed3ng t\u00e1i sinh, n\u01a1i kh\u00ed tinh khi\u1ebft \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0m m\u00e1t v\u00e0 th\u1ea3i v\u00e0o kh\u00ed quy\u1ec3n.<\/p>\n

Bu\u1ed3ng t\u00e1i sinh ch\u1ee9a m\u1ed9t b\u1ed9 trao \u0111\u1ed5i nhi\u1ec7t, thu h\u1ed3i nhi\u1ec7t t\u1eeb kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i v\u00e0 truy\u1ec1n sang kh\u00ed \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o. S\u01a1n t\u0129nh \u0111i\u1ec7n l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t quy tr\u00ecnh bao g\u1ed3m vi\u1ec7c ph\u1ee7 b\u1ed9t kh\u00f4 l\u00ean b\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t, sau \u0111\u00f3 nung n\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea1o th\u00e0nh l\u1edbp ph\u1ee7.
