Thi\u1ebft b\u1ecb oxy h\u00f3a nhi\u1ec7t t\u00e1i sinh (RTO) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng r\u1ed9ng r\u00e3i trong ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p s\u01a1n ph\u1ee7 \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m ph\u00e1t th\u1ea3i c\u00e1c h\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t h\u1eefu c\u01a1 d\u1ec5 bay h\u01a1i (VOC) ph\u00e1t sinh trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t. RTO \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng \u0111\u1ec3 thu gi\u1eef v\u00e0 ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y VOC th\u00f4ng qua qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh oxy h\u00f3a nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao, chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i VOC th\u00e0nh carbon dioxide v\u00e0 h\u01a1i n\u01b0\u1edbc. Vi\u1ec7c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng RTO ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn nh\u1edd hi\u1ec7u su\u1ea5t cao v\u00e0 chi ph\u00ed v\u1eadn h\u00e0nh th\u1ea5p.<\/p>\n
RTO ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng d\u1ef1a tr\u00ean nguy\u00ean l\u00fd oxy h\u00f3a nhi\u1ec7t, bao g\u1ed3m vi\u1ec7c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao \u0111\u1ec3 ph\u00e2n h\u1ee7y VOC. Qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh n\u00e0y bao g\u1ed3m vi\u1ec7c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng bu\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed1t, \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ed1t n\u00f3ng \u0111\u1ebfn nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao b\u1eb1ng \u0111\u1ea7u \u0111\u1ed1t. Kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed ch\u1ee9a VOC sau \u0111\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u01b0a qua bu\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed1t, n\u01a1i c\u00e1c VOC b\u1ecb \u0111\u1ed1t ch\u00e1y. Kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed n\u00f3ng thu \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c sau \u0111\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u01b0a qua b\u1ed9 trao \u0111\u1ed5i nhi\u1ec7t g\u1ed1m, t\u1ea1i \u0111\u00e2y nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c truy\u1ec1n sang kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o. Kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c l\u00e0m n\u00f3ng tr\u01b0\u1edbc n\u00e0y sau \u0111\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u01b0a tr\u1edf l\u1ea1i bu\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed1t, n\u01a1i n\u00f3 b\u1ed1c ch\u00e1y v\u00e0 duy tr\u00ec qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh ch\u00e1y. Khi l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn RTO cho l\u1edbp ph\u1ee7 lon, \u0111i\u1ec1u quan tr\u1ecdng l\u00e0 ph\u1ea3i c\u00e2n nh\u1eafc m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1, ch\u1eb3ng h\u1ea1n nh\u01b0:<\/p>\n
T\u00f3m l\u1ea1i, RTO cung c\u1ea5p cho c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t s\u01a1n lon m\u1ed9t gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 v\u00e0 ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m \u0111\u1ec3 gi\u1ea3m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i VOC v\u00e0 \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng c\u00e1c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh v\u1ec1 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng. Khi l\u1ef1a ch\u1ecdn RTO, \u0111i\u1ec1u quan tr\u1ecdng l\u00e0 ph\u1ea3i xem x\u00e9t c\u00e1c y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 nh\u01b0 k\u00edch th\u01b0\u1edbc, nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 v\u1eadn h\u00e0nh, hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng, y\u00eau c\u1ea7u b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec v\u00e0 c\u00e1c quy \u0111\u1ecbnh.
