RTO l\u00e0 g\u00ec?<\/h2>\n

RTO l\u00e0 c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng b\u1eb1ng c\u00e1ch oxy h\u00f3a c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m trong kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i. Qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh n\u00e0y bao g\u1ed3m vi\u1ec7c l\u00e0m n\u00f3ng kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ebfn nhi\u1ec7t \u0111\u1ed9 cao, th\u01b0\u1eddng kho\u1ea3ng 1500\u00b0F (700\u00b0C) trong bu\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed1t. RTO \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng r\u1ed9ng r\u00e3i trong ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p b\u00e1n d\u1eabn \u0111\u1ec3 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed. 1. Gi\u1ea3m thi\u1ec3u VOC<\/h3>\n

Ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p b\u00e1n d\u1eabn th\u1ea3i ra m\u1ed9t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng l\u1edbn H\u1ee3p ch\u1ea5t H\u1eefu c\u01a1 D\u1ec5 bay h\u01a1i (VOC) trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng. VOC g\u00e2y nguy h\u1ea1i cho s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe con ng\u01b0\u1eddi v\u00e0 m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng. H\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng RTO c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf t\u1edbi 99% VOC kh\u1ecfi kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i. VOC b\u1ecb oxy h\u00f3a trong bu\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed1t v\u00e0 chuy\u1ec3n h\u00f3a th\u00e0nh carbon dioxide v\u00e0 h\u01a1i n\u01b0\u1edbc, v\u00f4 h\u1ea1i v\u1edbi m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng.<\/p>\n

2. Gi\u1ea3m thi\u1ec3u HAP<\/h3>\n

Ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p b\u00e1n d\u1eabn c\u0169ng th\u1ea3i ra c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed nguy h\u1ea1i (HAP) trong qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng. HAP \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c bi\u1ebft l\u00e0 g\u00e2y ra c\u00e1c v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe nh\u01b0 ung th\u01b0, d\u1ecb t\u1eadt b\u1ea9m sinh v\u00e0 c\u00e1c v\u1ea5n \u0111\u1ec1 v\u1ec1 h\u00f4 h\u1ea5p. H\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng x\u1eed l\u00fd kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i (RTO) c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf HAP kh\u1ecfi kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i m\u1ed9t c\u00e1ch hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3. HAP \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c oxy h\u00f3a trong bu\u1ed3ng \u0111\u1ed1t v\u00e0 chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed5i th\u00e0nh c\u00e1c ch\u1ea5t kh\u00f4ng nguy h\u1ea1i.<\/p>\n

3. Hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng<\/h3>\n

RTO l\u00e0 c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t \u00f4 nhi\u1ec5m kh\u00f4ng kh\u00ed ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng. RTO s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng nhi\u1ec7t t\u1eeb kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i \u0111\u1ec3 l\u00e0m n\u00f3ng tr\u01b0\u1edbc kh\u00ed \u0111\u1ea7u v\u00e0o. Qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh n\u00e0y gi\u00fap ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u00e0 gi\u1ea3m chi ph\u00ed v\u1eadn h\u00e0nh c\u1ee7a ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p b\u00e1n d\u1eabn.<\/p>\n

4. B\u1ea3o tr\u00ec th\u1ea5p<\/h3>\n

RTO \u00edt c\u1ea7n b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec v\u00e0 c\u00f3 tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd cao. B\u1ed9 trao \u0111\u1ed5i nhi\u1ec7t g\u1ed1m \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng trong RTO r\u1ea5t b\u1ec1n v\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng trong nhi\u1ec1u n\u0103m. RTO c\u0169ng c\u00f3 \u00edt b\u1ed9 ph\u1eadn chuy\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed9ng h\u01a1n, \u0111\u1ed3ng ngh\u0129a v\u1edbi vi\u1ec7c \u00edt hao m\u00f2n v\u00e0 \u00edt kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng h\u1ecfng h\u00f3c h\u01a1n.<\/p>\n

RTO c\u00f3 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng lo\u1ea1i b\u1ecf t\u1edbi 99% VOC v\u00e0 HAP kh\u1ecfi kh\u00ed th\u1ea3i, \u0111\u1ea3m b\u1ea3o an to\u00e0n cho m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng v\u00e0 s\u1ee9c kh\u1ecfe con ng\u01b0\u1eddi. RTO c\u0169ng ti\u1ebft ki\u1ec7m n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng, \u00edt b\u1ea3o tr\u00ec v\u00e0 c\u00f3 tu\u1ed5i th\u1ecd cao.
