1. Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizer

2. Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)
The Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is a type of thermal oxidizer that uses a bed of ceramic material to absorb heat from the exhaust gases. The ceramic bed is heated by the outgoing gases and then used to preheat the incoming gases, which reduces the amount of fuel required to heat the gases to the necessary temperature for oxidation. The RTO is highly efficient and can achieve VOC destruction rates of up to 99% while using minimal energy.
3. Catalytic Thermal Oxidizer (CTO)
The Catalytic Thermal Oxidizer (CTO) is a type of thermal oxidizer that uses a catalyst to promote the oxidation of VOCs and HAPs at lower temperatures than those required by a Direct Fired Thermal Oxidizer. The catalyst increases the rate of the chemical reactions that break down the pollutants, which reduces the amount of fuel required to maintain the necessary temperature for oxidation. The CTO is a good choice for processes that produce low to moderate concentrations of pollutants.
4. Vapor Combustion Unit (VCU)
The Vapor Combustion Unit (VCU) is a type of thermal oxidizer that is used to destroy VOCs and HAPs that are present in low concentrations. It works by introducing the contaminated air into a combustion chamber, where it is burned at high temperatures. The VCU is often used in the oil and gas industry to control emissions from storage tanks and other sources of volatile organic compounds.
5. Rotary Concentrator Thermal Oxidizer (RCTO)
The Rotary Concentrator Thermal Oxidizer (RCTO) is a type of thermal oxidizer that is used to treat air streams that contain low concentrations of VOCs and HAPs. The polluted air is passed through several combustion chambers, with each chamber operating at a different temperature. The MCTO is highly efficient and is capable of achieving VOC destruction rates of up to 99.9%.
