• Exhaust characteristics: large air volume, complex composition, oil and particulate matter
• Waste gas sources: waste gas from batching reaction kettle, asphalt storage tank area, asphalt forming line oil pool and water bed waste gas
• Waste gas components: benzopyrene, benzanthracene, carbazole and other more than 80 kinds of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons
• Process scheme: exhaust gas collection + pipeline transportation + pipeline fire control system + cyclone oil removal + tower filter + heat tracing + rotary RTO
• Exhaust gas concentration: 200mg/m³ ~ 400mg/m³
• Emission limit: NMHC≤10mg/m³
