One effective solution is the use of Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs). RTO VOC control costs play a crucial role in determining the feasibility and efficiency of implementing such systems.
We are a leading high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team consists of more than 60 R&D technicians, including 3 senior engineers and 16 senior engineers from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute). The efficient combustion control technology test bed is equipped with advanced equipment and instruments, allowing us to optimize the combustion efficiency of our equipment and ensure a high level of environmental friendliness.
The molecular sieve adsorption efficiency test bed enables us to test and evaluate the performance of molecular sieve adsorption materials, ensuring the effective removal of VOCs from waste gas.
The efficient ceramic thermal storage technology test bed allows us to develop and test advanced ceramic thermal storage materials, which play a crucial role in achieving energy-saving and carbon reduction goals.
The ultra high-temperature waste heat recovery test bed is specifically designed to experiment and optimize the recovery of waste heat at extremely high temperatures, contributing to energy conservation and emissions reduction.
The gaseous fluid sealing technology test bed enables us to research and develop advanced sealing technologies that ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our equipment, minimizing leakage and energy loss.
In terms of core technologies, we have applied for a total of 68 patents, including 21 invention patents. Our patent technologies cover key components of our equipment. Currently, we have been granted 4 invention patents, 41 utility model patents, 6 design patents, and 7 software copyrights.
