Toto teplo sa potom pou\u017e\u00edva na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010do zni\u017euje mno\u017estvo paliva potrebn\u00e9ho na udr\u017eanie oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. RTO funguje tak, \u017ee vzduch nas\u00fdten\u00fd prchav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi zl\u00fa\u010deninami (VOC) sa priv\u00e1dza do sacieho potrubia, odkia\u013e je potom smerovan\u00fd do jedn\u00e9ho z dvoch paraleln\u00fdch keramick\u00fdch v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla. V l\u00f4\u017eku sa VOC oxiduj\u00fa a v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 teplo sa pren\u00e1\u0161a do keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia. \u010cist\u00fd vzduch potom op\u00fa\u0161\u0165a oxid\u00e1tor a uvo\u013e\u0148uje sa do atmosf\u00e9ry. RTO dok\u00e1\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0161trukcie a\u017e 991 TP3T, \u010do z neho rob\u00ed jednu z naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edch dostupn\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Ako funguje RTO pre odvetvie vodotesn\u00fdch cievok?<\/h2>\n<p>Odvetvie v\u00fdroby vodotesn\u00fdch cievok je jedn\u00fdm z mnoh\u00fdch odvetv\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 profituj\u00fa z technol\u00f3gie RTO. RTO sa be\u017ene pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pri v\u00fdrobe vodotesn\u00fdch cievok na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok (HAP), ktor\u00e9 sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa po\u010das v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu.
