Regenerat\u00edvny term\u00e1lny oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) je z\u00e1kladnou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou priemyslu vodotesn\u00fdch cievok. Je to zariadenie na kontrolu zne\u010distenia, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edva vysok\u00e9 teploty na oxid\u00e1ciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) emitovan\u00fdch po\u010das v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p>\n
Spa\u013eovacia komora je miesto, kde sa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (HAP) spa\u013euj\u00fa pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch. Je navrhnut\u00e1 tak, aby poskytovala kontrolovan\u00e9 prostredie pre oxida\u010dn\u00fd proces a maximalizovala ni\u010denie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok.<\/p>\n
V\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla je zodpovedn\u00fd za zachyt\u00e1vanie a prenos tepelnej energie z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu. Tento syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie energie zni\u017euje celkov\u00fa spotrebu energie zariadenia RTO a zlep\u0161uje jeho \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165.<\/p>\n
Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9diov\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eka funguj\u00fa ako tepeln\u00e9 akumula\u010dn\u00e9 jednotky v r\u00e1mci RTO. S\u00fa naplnen\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00farovan\u00fdmi keramick\u00fdmi materi\u00e1lmi, ktor\u00e9 absorbuj\u00fa a ukladaj\u00fa teplo po\u010das f\u00e1zy spa\u013eovania. Toto ulo\u017een\u00e9 teplo sa potom uvo\u013e\u0148uje po\u010das nasleduj\u00facej f\u00e1zy ohrevu, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euje potreba dodato\u010dn\u00e9ho paliva.<\/p>\n
Ventily a tlmi\u010de riadia smer pr\u00fadenia vzduchu v syst\u00e9me RTO. Pom\u00e1haj\u00fa udr\u017eiava\u0165 spr\u00e1vny prietok plynu, zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa efekt\u00edvny prenos tepla a optimalizuj\u00fa proces spa\u013eovania.<\/p>\n
Na monitorovanie a riadenie r\u00f4znych komponentov a procesov zariadenia RTO sa pou\u017e\u00edva riadiaci syst\u00e9m programovate\u013en\u00e9ho logick\u00e9ho ovl\u00e1da\u010da (PLC). Zabezpe\u010duje, aby syst\u00e9m fungoval v r\u00e1mci \u0161pecifikovan\u00fdch parametrov a umo\u017e\u0148uje \u00fapravy na optimaliz\u00e1ciu v\u00fdkonu.<\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9m hor\u00e1ka je zodpovedn\u00fd za zabezpe\u010denie potrebn\u00e9ho tepla pre oxida\u010dn\u00fd proces. Je navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby efekt\u00edvne spa\u013eoval palivo a generoval potrebn\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 teploty na ni\u010denie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok.<\/p>\n

Je nain\u0161talovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m monitorovania emisi\u00ed na meranie a monitorovanie \u00farovn\u00ed zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok v emisi\u00e1ch z kom\u00edna, \u010d\u00edm sa zabezpe\u010duje s\u00falad s environment\u00e1lnymi predpismi.<\/p>\n

Disponujeme \u0161tyrmi z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami v oblasti tepelnej energie, spa\u013eovania, tesnenia a automatick\u00e9ho riadenia. Okrem toho m\u00e1me kapacity na simul\u00e1ciu teplotn\u00e9ho po\u013ea, simul\u00e1ciu pr\u00fadenia vzduchu, v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, v\u00fdber materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1lne testovanie organick\u00fdch VOC pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch pri spa\u013eovan\u00ed a oxid\u00e1cii. Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 zriadila centrum v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja technol\u00f3gi\u00ed RTO a centrum technol\u00f3gi\u00ed na redukciu uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v starobylom meste Xi'an, ako aj v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 m\u00b2 v Yanglingu. Objem predaja na\u0161ich zariaden\u00ed RTO je na svetovej \u00farovni popredn\u00fd. <\/p>\n

Pokia\u013e ide o k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie, po\u017eiadali sme o celkovo 68 patentov vr\u00e1tane 21 patentov na vyn\u00e1lezy. Na\u0161e patentovan\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pokr\u00fdvaj\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty. V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti n\u00e1m boli udelen\u00e9 4 patenty na vyn\u00e1lezy, 41 patentov na \u00fa\u017eitkov\u00e9 vzory, 6 patentov na dizajn a 7 autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v na softv\u00e9r.<\/p>\n
