Je to zariadenie na kontrolu zne\u010distenia, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edva vysok\u00e9 teploty na oxid\u00e1ciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) emitovan\u00fdch po\u010das v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Spa\u013eovacia komora<\/h2>\n<p>Spa\u013eovacia komora je miesto, kde sa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (HAP) spa\u013euj\u00fa pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch. Je navrhnut\u00e1 tak, aby poskytovala kontrolovan\u00e9 prostredie pre oxida\u010dn\u00fd proces a maximalizovala ni\u010denie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Ventily a tlmi\u010de<\/h2>\n<p>Ventily a tlmi\u010de riadia smer pr\u00fadenia vzduchu v syst\u00e9me RTO. Pom\u00e1haj\u00fa udr\u017eiava\u0165 spr\u00e1vny prietok plynu, zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa efekt\u00edvny prenos tepla a optimalizuj\u00fa proces spa\u013eovania.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Riadiaci syst\u00e9m PLC<\/h2>\n<p>Na monitorovanie a riadenie r\u00f4znych komponentov a procesov zariadenia RTO sa pou\u017e\u00edva riadiaci syst\u00e9m programovate\u013en\u00e9ho logick\u00e9ho ovl\u00e1da\u010da (PLC).
