Preh\u013ead regenerat\u00edvnych termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1torov (RTO)<\/h2>\n<p>RTO s\u00fa syst\u00e9my na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa proces spa\u013eovania pri vysokej teplote na ni\u010denie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. RTO pozost\u00e1vaj\u00fa z dvoch alebo viacer\u00fdch kom\u00f4r, ktor\u00e9 sa striedaj\u00fa medzi vstupn\u00fdm a v\u00fdstupn\u00fdm pr\u00fadom. Komory s\u00fa vyplnen\u00e9 keramick\u00fdm materi\u00e1lom, ktor\u00fd sl\u00fa\u017ei ako chladi\u010d. Keramick\u00fd materi\u00e1l absorbuje teplo z v\u00fdstupn\u00e9ho pr\u00fadu, predhrieva vstupn\u00fd pr\u00fad a zni\u017euje spotrebu paliva potrebn\u00fa na oxid\u00e1ciu.<\/p>\n<p>Prev\u00e1dzka RTO zah\u0155\u0148a tri f\u00e1zy: predhrievanie, spa\u013eovanie a chladenie. Vo f\u00e1ze predhrievania keramick\u00fd materi\u00e1l v jednej komore absorbuje teplo z v\u00fdstupn\u00e9ho pr\u00fadu a predhrieva vstupn\u00fd pr\u00fad. Vo f\u00e1ze spa\u013eovania sa predhriaty vstupn\u00fd pr\u00fad zahrieva na teplotu 760 \u00b0C (1400 \u00b0F) alebo vy\u0161\u0161iu, \u010do sp\u00f4sobuje oxid\u00e1ciu zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok a ich rozklad na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny, ako je vodn\u00e1 para a oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd.
