Vysok\u00e9 koncentr\u00e1cie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok m\u00f4\u017eu zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 tepeln\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 a zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 spotrebu paliva. RTO s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ie pri oxid\u00e1cii prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) s n\u00edzkymi bodmi varu a vysokou reaktivitou.<\/p>\n<h3>\u010cas pobytu<\/h3>\n<p>Doba zotrvania procesn\u00fdch plynov v RTO je kritick\u00fdm faktorom pre dosiahnutie vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti odstra\u0148ovania. Doba zotrvania by mala by\u0165 dostato\u010dne dlh\u00e1, aby umo\u017enila \u00fapln\u00fa oxid\u00e1ciu zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. Dlh\u0161ia doba zotrvania m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k vy\u0161\u0161ej spotrebe energie a zn\u00ed\u017eeniu kapacity.<\/p>\n<h3>Teplota<\/h3>\n<p>Vstupn\u00e1 teplota RTO ovplyv\u0148uje \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Na dosiahnutie vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti odstra\u0148ovania by vstupn\u00e1 teplota RTO mala by\u0165 dostato\u010dne vysok\u00e1, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila \u00fapln\u00e1 oxid\u00e1cia zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. Pr\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e9 teploty v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eu vies\u0165 k tepeln\u00e9mu \u0161oku a po\u0161kodeniu teplosmenn\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia.<\/p>\n<h3>Prietok<\/h3>\n<p>Prietok procesn\u00e9ho plynu a spal\u00edn ovplyv\u0148uje v\u00fdkon RTO. Vy\u0161\u0161ie prietoky m\u00f4\u017eu skr\u00e1ti\u0165 dobu zdr\u017eania a zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 tepeln\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165. Ni\u017e\u0161ie prietoky m\u00f4\u017eu vies\u0165 k ne\u00faplnej oxid\u00e1cii a zn\u00ed\u017eeniu kapacity.<\/p>\n<h3>Pokles tlaku<\/h3>\n<p>Pokles tlaku na RTO je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm faktorom pri ur\u010dovan\u00ed spotreby energie a celkov\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu syst\u00e9mu. Spr\u00e1vny n\u00e1vrh a prev\u00e1dzka RTO m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm environment\u00e1lnym a ekonomick\u00fdm v\u00fdhod\u00e1m pre priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia.<\/p>\n<p><html><\/p>\n<p>Sme high-tech podnik \u0161pecializuj\u00faci sa na komplexn\u00e9 spracovanie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a redukciu uhl\u00edka a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pre v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed.
