RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla je navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby rekuperoval teplo z pr\u00fadu odpadov\u00e9ho vzduchu a vyu\u017eil ho na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010do vedie k \u00faspor\u00e1m energie. Po oxid\u00e1cii kontaminantov je \u010dist\u00fd vzduch veden\u00fd cez v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla, kde odovzd\u00e1va svoje teplo priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9mu pr\u00fadu procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu. V\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla je navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby maximalizoval prenos tepla medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma pr\u00fadmi vzduchu a minimalizoval energetick\u00e9 straty. Pr\u00edpadov\u00e1 \u0161t\u00fadia 2 sa t\u00fdka chemick\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobn\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu, ktor\u00fd dok\u00e1zal dosiahnu\u0165 zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed VOC o 981 t\/4 ton a zn\u00ed\u017eenie spotreby zemn\u00e9ho plynu o 251 t\/4 ton pomocou RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>Zariadenia RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnou technol\u00f3giou na regul\u00e1ciu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia na \u00fapravu odpadov\u00e9ho vzduchu z priemyseln\u00fdch procesov.
