Na udr\u017eanie optim\u00e1lneho v\u00fdkonu RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eb\u00e1rske \u00falohy. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok sa bude venova\u0165 r\u00f4znym \u00fadr\u017eb\u00e1rskym \u00faloh\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa potrebn\u00e9 na udr\u017eanie \u0161pi\u010dkovej prev\u00e1dzky RTO so syst\u00e9mami na sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie tepla.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Kontrola keramick\u00fdch m\u00e9di\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium v \u200b\u200bRTO zohr\u00e1va d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu pri zachyt\u00e1van\u00ed a uvo\u013e\u0148ovan\u00ed tepla po\u010das oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Ak sa zistia ak\u00e9ko\u013evek chyby, mali by sa okam\u017eite opravi\u0165 alebo vymeni\u0165, aby sa zachovala optim\u00e1lna \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 rekuper\u00e1cie tepla.<\/p>\n<h2>2. \u010cistenie v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla v RTO u\u013eah\u010duj\u00fa prenos tepla medzi vstupn\u00fdm a v\u00fdstupn\u00fdm procesn\u00fdm pr\u00fadom. Je nevyhnutn\u00e9 skontrolova\u0165 komoru, \u010di nevykazuje zn\u00e1mky kor\u00f3zie, er\u00f3zie alebo po\u0161kodenia. Okrem toho by sa mal skontrolova\u0165 syst\u00e9m hor\u00e1ka, \u010di funguje spr\u00e1vne a \u010di plame\u0148 funguje stabilne. Testovanie integrity izol\u00e1cie<\/h2>\n<p>Izol\u00e1cia okolo RTO a jeho komponentov na rekuper\u00e1ciu tepla zohr\u00e1va k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri minimaliz\u00e1cii tepeln\u00fdch str\u00e1t a udr\u017eiavan\u00ed energetickej \u00fa\u010dinnosti.
