V posledn\u00fdch rokoch sa RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla st\u00e1vaj\u00fa \u010doraz popul\u00e1rnej\u0161\u00edmi v\u010faka svojej energetickej \u00fa\u010dinnosti. Pre zabezpe\u010denie dlhej \u017eivotnosti syst\u00e9mu je v\u0161ak nevyhnutn\u00e9 implementova\u0165 spr\u00e1vne strat\u00e9gie \u00fadr\u017eby a prev\u00e1dzky. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 \u00f4smim k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm bodom na zabezpe\u010denie dlhej \u017eivotnosti syst\u00e9mu v RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Pravideln\u00e1 kontrola a \u00fadr\u017eba v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla v tepeln\u00fdch gener\u00e1toroch s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla s\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdmi komponentmi, ktor\u00e9 pren\u00e1\u0161aj\u00fa teplo zo spa\u013eovacej komory do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu. Preto je nevyhnutn\u00e9 vykon\u00e1va\u0165 pravideln\u00e9 kontroly a \u00fadr\u017ebu, aby sa v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla udr\u017eiavali \u010dist\u00e9 a funk\u010dn\u00e9 na optim\u00e1lnej \u00farovni.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Spr\u00e1vny v\u00fdber m\u00e9dia na rekuper\u00e1ciu tepla<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00fdber m\u00e9dia na sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie tepla m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vplyv na \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 a \u017eivotnos\u0165 zariaden\u00ed na sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie tepla (RTO). Okrem toho sme vybaven\u00ed na testovanie v\u00fdkonu keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, v\u00fdberu materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a charakterist\u00edk spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>V starobylom meste Xi&#039;an sme zriadili centrum pre v\u00fdskum a v\u00fdvoj technol\u00f3gi\u00ed RTO a centrum pre in\u017einierske technol\u00f3gie zni\u017eovania emisi\u00ed uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov.
