RTO spotrebuje 500 kW energie a v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny maj\u00fa prietok 10 000 Nm.<sup>3<\/sup>\/hod a vstupnou teplotou 300 \u00b0C. Priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd procesn\u00fd vzduch m\u00e1 prietok 5 000 Nm<sup>3<\/sup>\/hod a vstupnej teplote 25 \u00b0C. Mern\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 kapacita plynov a vzduchu je 0,24 kJ\/Nm<sup>3<\/sup>\u00b0C a 1,005 kJ\/Nm<sup>3<\/sup>\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Pomocou entalpickej met\u00f3dy m\u00f4\u017eeme vypo\u010d\u00edta\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania tepla ako 84%. Tepeln\u00e1 energia dostupn\u00e1 vo v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynoch je 2 232 000 kJ\/hod. \u00daspora energie z RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla je teda:<\/p>\n<p>\u00daspora energie = (2 232 000 \u2013 500 000) x 0,84 = 1 455 600 kJ\/hod<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fato energiu mo\u017eno vyu\u017ei\u0165 v r\u00f4znych procesoch, ako je predhrievanie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u00faspora n\u00e1kladov na energiu a zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>Zariadenia RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla s\u00fa efekt\u00edvnym sp\u00f4sobom kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia a sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania energie.
