Teplo generovan\u00e9 v tomto procese sa zvy\u010dajne str\u00e1ca do atmosf\u00e9ry. V\u010faka syst\u00e9mom sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania tepla sa v\u0161ak teplo m\u00f4\u017ee op\u00e4tovne vyu\u017ei\u0165, \u010do vedie k energeticky efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ej a n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ej prev\u00e1dzke. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku identifikujeme k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 faktory pri navrhovan\u00ed RTO so syst\u00e9mami sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania tepla.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00davahy o n\u00e1vrhu RTO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Kapacita syst\u00e9mu<\/h3>\n<p>Kapacita syst\u00e9mu RTO je z\u00e1kladn\u00fdm faktorom pri ur\u010dovan\u00ed ve\u013ekosti vzduchov\u00e9ho v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla a syst\u00e9mu rekuper\u00e1cie tepla. Syst\u00e9m s vy\u0161\u0161ou kapacitou bude vy\u017eadova\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla na efekt\u00edvny prenos tepla.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>N\u00e1vrh v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla<\/h3>\n<p>Kon\u0161trukcia v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla zohr\u00e1va k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri rekuper\u00e1cii tepla zo syst\u00e9mu RTO. V\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla by mal by\u0165 navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby mal vysok\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 prenosu tepla a z\u00e1rove\u0148 minimalizoval pokles tlaku v pr\u00faden\u00ed vzduchu. T\u00e1to met\u00f3da je jednoduch\u00e1 a n\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvna. Je v\u0161ak vhodn\u00e1 iba pre aplik\u00e1cie s n\u00edzkymi teplotami a vy\u017eaduje si pravideln\u00e9 \u010distenie.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Nepriama v\u00fdmena tepla<\/h3>\n<p>Nepriama v\u00fdmena tepla zah\u0155\u0148a prenos tepla pomocou v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla. T\u00e1to met\u00f3da je \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ia a mo\u017eno ju pou\u017ei\u0165 pre aplik\u00e1cie s vysokou teplotou. Vy\u017eaduje si tie\u017e minim\u00e1lnu \u00fadr\u017ebu. Je v\u0161ak drah\u0161ia ako priama v\u00fdmena tepla.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Tepeln\u00e9 \u010derpadlo<\/h3>\n<p>Tepeln\u00e9 \u010derpadlo funguje na princ\u00edpe kompresora, ktor\u00fd zvy\u0161uje teplotu z\u00edskan\u00e9ho tepla, ktor\u00e9 sa potom m\u00f4\u017ee pou\u017ei\u0165 na in\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dely. T\u00e1to met\u00f3da je vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1, ale aj drah\u00e1 na in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu a \u00fadr\u017ebu.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165<\/h3>\n<p>RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla dok\u00e1\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 spotrebu energie a\u017e o 501 TP4T. Taktie\u017e pom\u00e1ha zni\u017eova\u0165 uhl\u00edkov\u00fa stopu zariadenia.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1verom mo\u017eno poveda\u0165, \u017ee navrhovanie RTO so syst\u00e9mami rekuper\u00e1cie tepla si vy\u017eaduje starostliv\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017eenie r\u00f4znych faktorov vr\u00e1tane kapacity syst\u00e9mu, kon\u0161trukcie v\u00fdmenn\u00edka tepla, syst\u00e9mu rekuper\u00e1cie tepla a riadiaceho syst\u00e9mu. V\u00fdber met\u00f3dy rekuper\u00e1cie tepla bude z\u00e1visie\u0165 od konkr\u00e9tnej aplik\u00e1cie a rozpo\u010dtu. RTO s rekuper\u00e1ciou tepla pon\u00faka v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody vr\u00e1tane energetickej \u00fa\u010dinnosti, \u00faspory n\u00e1kladov a environment\u00e1lnych pr\u00ednosov.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Sme popredn\u00fd high-tech podnik \u0161pecializuj\u00faci sa na komplexn\u00e9 \u010distenie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), redukciu uhl\u00edka a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pre v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed.<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technick\u00fd t\u00edm, ktor\u00fd pozost\u00e1va z viac ako 60 technikov v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov a 16 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov, poch\u00e1dza z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre raketov\u00e9 motory na kvapaln\u00e9 paliv\u00e1 (Aerospace Sixth Institute). Vynik\u00e1me v \u0161tyroch k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch technol\u00f3gi\u00e1ch: tepeln\u00e1 energia, spa\u013eovanie, tesnenie a automatick\u00e9 riadenie. Okrem toho m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010dty pol\u00ed pr\u00fadenia vzduchu. M\u00e1me tie\u017e schopnos\u0165 testova\u0165 v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt, ako aj charakteristiky spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 zriadila v starobylom meste Xi&#039;an v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a centrum pre in\u017einierske technol\u00f3gie na zni\u017eovanie emisi\u00ed uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. Okrem toho m\u00e1me priestrann\u00fd priestor s rozlohou 30 000 m\u00b2.<sup>2<\/sup> v\u00fdrobn\u00e1 z\u00e1klad\u0148a v Yanglingu.
