RTO alebo regenerat\u00edvny term\u00e1lny oxid\u00e1tor je \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia v priemysle. Zohr\u00e1va k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri zni\u017eovan\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch emisi\u00ed a zabezpe\u010dovan\u00ed environment\u00e1lnej udr\u017eate\u013enosti.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Mechanizmus zni\u017eovania emisi\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa regenera\u010dn\u00fd proces na efekt\u00edvnu oxid\u00e1ciu a elimin\u00e1ciu zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok z priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Syst\u00e9m pozost\u00e1va z viacer\u00fdch keramick\u00fdch vrstiev, ktor\u00e9 sa striedaj\u00fa medzi adsorp\u010dn\u00fdm a spa\u013eovac\u00edm cyklom.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Po\u010das f\u00e1zy adsorpcie m\u00e9diov\u00e9 vrstvy zachyt\u00e1vaj\u00fa a udr\u017eiavaj\u00fa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vo f\u00e1ze spa\u013eovania sa zachyten\u00e9 zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky oxiduj\u00fa pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, \u010d\u00edm sa premie\u0148aj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby optimalizovali spotrebu energie prostredn\u00edctvom vyu\u017e\u00edvania syst\u00e9mov rekuper\u00e1cie tepla.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Hor\u00faci, vy\u010disten\u00fd vzduch op\u00fa\u0161\u0165aj\u00faci spa\u013eovaciu komoru sa pou\u017e\u00edva na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Tento proces v\u00fdmeny tepla v\u00fdrazne zni\u017euje spotrebu energie cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Okrem toho regenerat\u00edvna povaha RTO umo\u017e\u0148uje vysok\u00fa tepeln\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165, \u010do vedie k \u00faspor\u00e1m n\u00e1kladov a ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm emisi\u00e1m sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plynov.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Odstra\u0148ovanie nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP)<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 RTO s\u00fa vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri odstra\u0148ovan\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok (HAP), o ktor\u00fdch je zn\u00e1me, \u017ee maj\u00fa nepriazniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na \u013eudsk\u00e9 zdravie a \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vysok\u00e9 teploty v spa\u013eovacej komore zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa \u00fapln\u00fa de\u0161trukciu nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok bez toho, aby zostali \u017eiadne zvy\u0161kov\u00e9 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 V\u010faka tejto schopnosti je \u00faprava plynu RTO spo\u013eahliv\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm pre priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia, ktor\u00e9 sa zaoberaj\u00fa toxick\u00fdmi emisiami.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Zn\u00ed\u017eenie uhl\u00edkovej stopy<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Vyu\u017e\u00edvanie RTO vedie k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu zn\u00ed\u017eeniu emisi\u00ed oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho (CO2).<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u00da\u010dinnou oxid\u00e1ciou zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok pom\u00e1haj\u00fa RTO priemyseln\u00fdm odvetviam minimalizova\u0165 ich environment\u00e1lnu stopu.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Uhl\u00edkov\u00e1 neutralita dosiahnut\u00e1 t\u00fdmto procesom je v s\u00falade s glob\u00e1lnymi cie\u013emi a predpismi v oblasti udr\u017eate\u013enosti.<\/p>\n<h2>6.
