RTO sa pova\u017euj\u00fa za jeden z naj\u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00edch priemyseln\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, ktor\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 emisie nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok o viac ako 991 TP4T. N\u00edzkoemisn\u00e9 aplik\u00e1cie RTO na \u00fapravu plynov sa st\u00e1vaj\u00fa \u010doraz popul\u00e1rnej\u0161\u00edmi v\u010faka svojim mnoh\u00fdm v\u00fdhod\u00e1m, medzi ktor\u00e9 patr\u00ed zn\u00ed\u017eenie prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov, zv\u00fd\u0161enie energetickej \u00fa\u010dinnosti a dodr\u017eiavanie environment\u00e1lnych predpisov.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako funguje RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>Proces RTO zah\u0155\u0148a pou\u017eitie vysokoteplotnej oxid\u00e1cie na zni\u010denie organick\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok vo vzduchu. Proces za\u010d\u00edna v predhrievacej komore, kde sa kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch predhrieva pred vstupom do spa\u013eovacej komory. V spa\u013eovacej komore sa vzduch zahrieva na vysok\u00e9 teploty, zvy\u010dajne medzi 815 \u2013 980 \u00b0C, \u010do sp\u00f4sobuje oxid\u00e1ciu organick\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok vo vzduchu a ich rozklad na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 ved\u013eaj\u0161ie produkty, ako je voda, oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a teplo. Po sp\u00e1len\u00ed vzduch prech\u00e1dza keramick\u00fdm m\u00e9diom, kde sa teplo pren\u00e1\u0161a z hor\u00faceho vy\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu na priv\u00e1dzan\u00fd kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch, ktor\u00fd sa potom predhrieva pred vstupom do spa\u013eovacej komory. Cyklus sa potom opakuje, \u010d\u00edm sa zabezpe\u010d\u00ed energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 RTO a \u00fapln\u00e9 zni\u010denie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody n\u00edzkoemisn\u00fdch aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed na \u00fapravu plynu RTO<\/h2>\n<h3>S\u00falad s environment\u00e1lnymi predpismi<\/h3>\n<p>Zariadenia RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby sp\u013a\u0148ali pr\u00edsne environment\u00e1lne predpisy presadzovan\u00e9 vl\u00e1dnymi agent\u00farami, ako je Agent\u00fara na ochranu \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia (EPA) a Z\u00e1kon o \u010distom ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.
