Regenerat\u00edvne termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) sa vo ve\u013ekej miere pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na \u00fapravu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) v priemyseln\u00fdch procesoch. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa podrobnej\u0161ie zameriame na medzin\u00e1rodn\u00e9 normy pre \u00fapravu plynov RTO.<\/p>\n
Norma ISO 14001 je medzin\u00e1rodne uzn\u00e1van\u00e1 norma, ktor\u00e1 stanovuje po\u017eiadavky na syst\u00e9m environment\u00e1lneho mana\u017e\u00e9rstva (EMS). Poskytuje r\u00e1mec pre organiz\u00e1cie na systematick\u00e9 riadenie ich environment\u00e1lnych zodpovednost\u00ed. Aby boli splnen\u00e9 po\u017eiadavky tejto normy, \u00daprava plynu RTO<\/a> Syst\u00e9my musia by\u0165 navrhnut\u00e9 a prev\u00e1dzkovan\u00e9 sp\u00f4sobom, ktor\u00fd minimalizuje ich vplyv na \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n UL 508A je norma pre priemyseln\u00e9 ovl\u00e1dacie panely. Zah\u0155\u0148a elektrick\u00fa bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 ovl\u00e1dac\u00edch panelov a s\u00favisiacich zariaden\u00ed. V pr\u00edpade syst\u00e9mov \u00fapravy plynov RTO certifik\u00e1cia UL 508A zabezpe\u010duje bezpe\u010dn\u00fa a spo\u013eahliv\u00fa prev\u00e1dzku ovl\u00e1dac\u00edch panelov, ktor\u00e9 riadia syst\u00e9m.<\/p>\n Ozna\u010denie CE je povinn\u00e9 ozna\u010denie zhody pre v\u00fdrobky pred\u00e1van\u00e9 v Eur\u00f3pskom hospod\u00e1rskom priestore (EHP). Ozna\u010duje, \u017ee v\u00fdrobok sp\u013a\u0148a pr\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 predpisy Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie (E\u00da) v oblasti zdravia, bezpe\u010dnosti a ochrany \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia. Pre syst\u00e9my \u00fapravy plynov RTO sa ozna\u010denie CE vy\u017eaduje pri predaji v EHP.<\/p>\n NFPA 86 je norma pre pece a spa\u013eovacie zariadenia. Zah\u0155\u0148a n\u00e1vrh, in\u0161tal\u00e1ciu, prev\u00e1dzku a \u00fadr\u017ebu t\u00fdchto typov zariaden\u00ed. V pr\u00edpade syst\u00e9mov \u00fapravy plynov RTO s\u00falad s NFPA 86 zabezpe\u010duje, \u017ee syst\u00e9my s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 a prev\u00e1dzkovan\u00e9 bezpe\u010dne.<\/p>\n Smernica ATEX je nariadenie Eur\u00f3pskej \u00fanie, ktor\u00e9 sa vz\u0165ahuje na zariadenia a ochrann\u00e9 syst\u00e9my ur\u010den\u00e9 na pou\u017eitie v potenci\u00e1lne v\u00fdbu\u0161nom prostred\u00ed. Pre syst\u00e9my \u00fapravy plynov RTO, ktor\u00e9 pracuj\u00fa v potenci\u00e1lne v\u00fdbu\u0161nom prostred\u00ed, je dodr\u017eiavanie smernice ATEX povinn\u00e9.<\/p>\n API 2000 je norma pre odvetr\u00e1vanie atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch a n\u00edzkotlakov\u00fdch skladovac\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed. Zah\u0155\u0148a po\u017eiadavky na n\u00e1vrh, kon\u0161trukciu a prev\u00e1dzku odvetr\u00e1vacieho syst\u00e9mu. Pre syst\u00e9my \u010distenia plynov RTO, ktor\u00e9 \u010distia emisie zo skladovac\u00edch n\u00e1dr\u017e\u00ed, je nevyhnutn\u00fd s\u00falad s normou API 2000.<\/p>\n N\u00e1rodn\u00e9 emisn\u00e9 normy pre nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (NESHAP) s\u00fa predpisy EPA, ktor\u00e9 stanovuj\u00fa limity emisi\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie z priemyseln\u00fdch procesov. Pod\u010das\u0165 RRRR NSPS sa konkr\u00e9tne vz\u0165ahuje na emisie zo syst\u00e9mov \u00fapravy plynov RTO. S\u00falad s touto normou sa vy\u017eaduje pre zariadenia, ktor\u00e9 prev\u00e1dzkuj\u00fa syst\u00e9my RTO.<\/p>\nUL 508A<\/h2>\n
