Technol\u00f3gia \u010distenia plynu RTO sa v poslednom \u010dase stala \u010doraz popul\u00e1rnej\u0161ou v\u010faka svojej schopnosti zni\u017eova\u0165 zne\u010distenie ovzdu\u0161ia a z\u00e1rove\u0148 by\u0165 energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako funguje \u00faprava plynu RTO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Predhrievanie<\/strong>Krok predhrievania zah\u0155\u0148a ohrev prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pr\u00fadu kontaminovan\u00e9ho plynu pred jeho vstupom do jednotky RTO. Toto sa rob\u00ed s cie\u013eom dosiahnu\u0165 optim\u00e1lnu prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fa teplotu pr\u00fadu plynu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adsorpcia<\/strong>Prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faci pr\u00fad plynu potom prech\u00e1dza cez vrstvu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, ktor\u00e9 adsorbuje zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spa\u013eovanie<\/strong>Zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch sa potom priv\u00e1dza do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa zahrieva na teplotu okolo 760 \u00b0C. To sp\u00f4sobuje oxid\u00e1ciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (HAP) a ich rozklad na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 plyny.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rekuper\u00e1cia tepla<\/strong>Hor\u00faci, \u010dist\u00fd plyn vych\u00e1dzaj\u00faci zo spa\u013eovacej komory potom prech\u00e1dza cez v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla, kde pren\u00e1\u0161a teplo do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu. Toto sa rob\u00ed s cie\u013eom zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 spotrebu energie syst\u00e9mu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>V\u00fdpust<\/strong>Vy\u010disten\u00fd plyn sa potom uvo\u013en\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry a proces sa opakuje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Typy \u00fapravy plynu RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Existuj\u00fa hlavne dva typy <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/sk\/rto\/\">\u00daprava plynu RTO<\/a> syst\u00e9my, dvojkomorov\u00fd RTO a trojkomorov\u00fd RTO.<\/p>\n<h3>Dvojkomorov\u00fd RTO<\/h3>\n<p>Dvojkomorov\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u00fapravy plynu RTO pozost\u00e1va z dvoch hlavn\u00fdch kom\u00f4r: spa\u013eovacej komory a komory na rekuper\u00e1ciu tepla.
