Syst\u00e9my \u010distenia plynov RTO pon\u00fakaj\u00fa vynikaj\u00faci v\u00fdkon z h\u013eadiska \u00fa\u010dinnosti ni\u010denia, energetickej \u00fa\u010dinnosti a n\u00e1kladovej efekt\u00edvnosti.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Princ\u00edp \u010dinnosti<\/h2>\n<p>– <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/sk\/rto\/\">\u00daprava plynu RTO<\/a> Syst\u00e9my funguj\u00fa na princ\u00edpe tepelnej oxid\u00e1cie, kde sa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (HAP) oxiduj\u00fa pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch.<br \/>\n\u2013 Proces zah\u0155\u0148a pou\u017eitie keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, ktor\u00e9 striedavo absorbuje a uvo\u013e\u0148uje teplo.<br \/>\n\u2013 Vzduch s obsahom prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn vstupuje do oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho zariadenia cez vstup, kde je predhrievan\u00fd odch\u00e1dzaj\u00facim pr\u00fadom \u010dist\u00e9ho vzduchu.<br \/>\n\u2013 Po dosiahnut\u00ed po\u017eadovanej prev\u00e1dzkovej teploty sa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia oxiduj\u00fa a premie\u0148aj\u00fa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru.<br \/>\n\u2013 \u010cist\u00fd vzduch sa po predhriat\u00ed vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a cez v\u00fdstupn\u00fd kom\u00edn.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Dizajn a komponenty<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Syst\u00e9my na \u00fapravu plynu RTO pozost\u00e1vaj\u00fa z r\u00f4znych z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch komponentov vr\u00e1tane spa\u013eovacej komory, keramick\u00e9ho l\u00f4\u017eka, vstupn\u00e9ho a v\u00fdstupn\u00e9ho potrubia, syst\u00e9mu hor\u00e1kov a ovl\u00e1dacieho panela.<br \/>\n\u2013 Spa\u013eovacia komora poskytuje priestor pre proces tepelnej oxid\u00e1cie, \u010d\u00edm sa zabezpe\u010d\u00ed dostato\u010dn\u00fd \u010das zotrvania na \u00fapln\u00fa de\u0161trukciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn.<br \/>\n\u2013 Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium funguje ako v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla, ktor\u00fd u\u013eah\u010duje absorpciu a uvo\u013e\u0148ovanie tepla.<br \/>\n\u2013 Vstupn\u00e9 a v\u00fdstupn\u00e9 potrubia s\u00fa zodpovedn\u00e9 za smerovanie pr\u00fadenia vzduchu do syst\u00e9mu a zo syst\u00e9mu, zatia\u013e \u010do syst\u00e9m hor\u00e1kov poskytuje potrebn\u00e9 teplo na oxid\u00e1ciu.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed panel monitoruje a reguluje parametre syst\u00e9mu, \u010d\u00edm zabezpe\u010duje optim\u00e1lny v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Syst\u00e9my na \u00fapravu plynov RTO sp\u00f4sobili revol\u00faciu v oblasti kontroly priemyseln\u00e9ho zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia a poskytuj\u00fa spo\u013eahliv\u00e9 a efekt\u00edvne rie\u0161enie na odstra\u0148ovanie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok (HAP).<br \/>\n\u2013 V\u010faka vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti ni\u010denia, \u00faspor\u00e1m energie a v\u0161estrannosti s\u00fa RTO na\u010falej preferovanou vo\u013ebou pre environment\u00e1lne uvedomel\u00e9 priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia na celom svete.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Sme high-tech podnik \u0161pecializuj\u00faci sa na komplexn\u00e9 spracovanie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a redukciu uhl\u00edka a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pre v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed.<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technick\u00fd t\u00edm poch\u00e1dza z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre raketov\u00e9 motory na kvapaln\u00e9 paliv\u00e1 (Aerospace Sixth Institute). Pozost\u00e1va z viac ako 60 technikov v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov a 16 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov. Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 disponuje \u0161tyrmi z\u00e1kladn\u00fdmi technol\u00f3giami: tepeln\u00e1 energia, spa\u013eovanie, tesnenie a automatick\u00e9 riadenie. Okrem toho m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010dty pol\u00ed pr\u00fadenia vzduchu. Sme tie\u017e vybaven\u00ed na testovanie v\u00fdkonu keramick\u00fdch tepeln\u00fdch akumula\u010dn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, \u00fa\u010dinnosti adsorp\u010dn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov s molekul\u00e1rnym sitom a charakterist\u00edk spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 zriadila v starobylom meste Xi'an v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pre zni\u017eovanie emisi\u00ed uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. Okrem toho m\u00e1me v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 m2 v Yanglingu. Po\u017eiadali sme o 68 patentov na na\u0161e k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie vr\u00e1tane 21 patentov na vyn\u00e1lezy, ktor\u00e9 sa vz\u0165ahuj\u00fa na z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 komponenty.
