RTO maj\u00fa vysok\u00fa tepeln\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 a n\u00edzke prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady v porovnan\u00ed s in\u00fdmi syst\u00e9mami \u00fapravy plynov. Aby sa v\u0161ak zabezpe\u010dila \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165... <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/sk\/rto\/\">\u00daprava plynu RTO<\/a> Pri syst\u00e9moch v aplik\u00e1ci\u00e1ch s n\u00edzkymi emisiami je potrebn\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 nieko\u013eko faktorov.<\/p>\n<h2>1. V\u00fdber spr\u00e1vneho n\u00e1vrhu RTO<\/h2>\n<p>\u00da\u010dinnos\u0165 syst\u00e9mov \u010distenia plynu RTO z\u00e1vis\u00ed od kon\u0161trukcie syst\u00e9mu. RTO by mal by\u0165 navrhnut\u00fd pod\u013ea \u0161pecifick\u00fdch potrieb aplik\u00e1cie. Spr\u00e1vna kon\u0161trukcia RTO zabezpe\u010d\u00ed maxim\u00e1lnu \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0161trukcie a minim\u00e1lnu spotrebu energie.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Optim\u00e1lna prev\u00e1dzka a \u00fadr\u017eba RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Prev\u00e1dzka a \u00fadr\u017eba zariadenia RTO zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa v\u00fdznamn\u00fa \u00falohu pri zabezpe\u010dovan\u00ed jeho efekt\u00edvnosti. Pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba a kontrola m\u00f4\u017eu identifikova\u0165 ak\u00e9ko\u013evek probl\u00e9my a predch\u00e1dza\u0165 poruch\u00e1m. Spr\u00e1vna prev\u00e1dzka zariadenia RTO zah\u0155\u0148a regul\u00e1ciu teploty, prietoku a tlaku pr\u00fadu plynu. Zariadenie RTO by sa malo prev\u00e1dzkova\u0165 aj v r\u00e1mci ur\u010den\u00e9ho rozsahu koncentr\u00e1cie a prietoku prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila maxim\u00e1lna \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Pred\u00faprava plynov\u00fdch pr\u00fadov<\/h2>\n<p>\u00da\u010dinnos\u0165 RTO m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 ovplyvnen\u00e1 kvalitou pr\u00fadu plynu. Pred\u00faprava pr\u00fadov plynu, ako je filtr\u00e1cia, m\u00f4\u017ee odstr\u00e1ni\u0165 \u010dastice a in\u00e9 ne\u010distoty, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu sp\u00f4sobi\u0165 zne\u010distenie v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla RTO. Zne\u010distenie m\u00f4\u017ee zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 RTO a zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady. Spotrebu energie v\u0161ak mo\u017eno zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 implement\u00e1ciou strat\u00e9gi\u00ed rekuper\u00e1cie tepla a hospod\u00e1renia s energiou. Sme schopn\u00ed simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010dty po\u013ea pr\u00fadenia vzduchu. Okrem toho m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 testova\u0165 v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, vybera\u0165 materi\u00e1ly na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1lne testova\u0165 charakteristiky spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch. Testovacie zariadenie s rekuper\u00e1ciou odpadov\u00e9ho tepla pri ultravysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch sa pou\u017e\u00edva na testovanie v\u00fdkonu rekuper\u00e1cie tepla zariadenia RTO. Nakoniec sa testovacie zariadenie s technol\u00f3giou tesnenia plynov\u00fdm tokom pou\u017e\u00edva na testovanie tesniaceho v\u00fdkonu zariadenia RTO pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u017eiadali sme o 68 patentov vr\u00e1tane 21 patentov na vyn\u00e1lezy a na\u0161a patentovan\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia pokr\u00fdva k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 \u010dasti zariaden\u00ed RTO.
