Spr\u00e1vne dimenzovanie RTO<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Dostato\u010dn\u00e9 dimenzovanie syst\u00e9mu RTO je nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre efekt\u00edvne \u010distenie plynov v priemysle farieb a n\u00e1terov.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Faktory ako objem, zlo\u017eenie a prietok v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov by sa mali starostlivo vyhodnoti\u0165 po\u010das f\u00e1zy n\u00e1vrhu.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Dobre dimenzovan\u00fd RTO zais\u0165uje optim\u00e1lny \u010das zotrvania plynu a regul\u00e1ciu teploty, \u010d\u00edm sa maximalizuje de\u0161trukcia prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).<\/p>\n<h2>2. Procesy predbe\u017enej \u00fapravy<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Zavedenie \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch procesov predbe\u017enej \u00fapravy m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdrazne zlep\u0161i\u0165 v\u00fdkonnos\u0165 syst\u00e9mov \u00fapravy plynu RTO.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Odstr\u00e1nenie pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc a vlhkosti z pr\u00fadu plynu zni\u017euje riziko zne\u010distenia a kor\u00f3zie v jednotke RTO.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Na minimaliz\u00e1ciu potenci\u00e1lnych prestojov syst\u00e9mu a probl\u00e9mov s \u00fadr\u017ebou by sa mali pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 techniky predbe\u017enej \u00fapravy, ako je filtr\u00e1cia, kondenz\u00e1cia a separ\u00e1cia.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Optim\u00e1lne prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 parametre RTO<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Prev\u00e1dzka RTO v r\u00e1mci odpor\u00fa\u010danej teploty a hladiny kysl\u00edka je nevyhnutn\u00e1 pre efekt\u00edvne \u010distenie plynu.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Udr\u017eiavanie spr\u00e1vneho teplotn\u00e9ho rozsahu zabezpe\u010duje \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 odb\u00faravanie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), zatia\u013e \u010do kontrola hladiny kysl\u00edka zabra\u0148uje tvorbe nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch ved\u013eaj\u0161\u00edch produktov.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Na dosiahnutie optim\u00e1lneho v\u00fdkonu a s\u00faladu s predpismi je nevyhnutn\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 monitorovanie a \u00faprava t\u00fdchto parametrov.<\/p>\n<h2>4.
