Vypo\u010d\u00edtava sa ako percento zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok zni\u010den\u00fdch po\u010das procesu \u010distenia. RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby dosahovali vysok\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 de\u0161trukcie, ktor\u00e1 zvy\u010dajne presahuje 991 TP3T pre prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP).
