S\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri odstra\u0148ovan\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) z priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch pr\u00fadov. Pre zabezpe\u010denie optim\u00e1lneho v\u00fdkonu RTO je nevyhnutn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vne nastavenie. Spr\u00e1vne vyhodnotenie v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch pr\u00fadov, dimenzovanie syst\u00e9mu RTO, v\u00fdber vhodn\u00fdch kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, in\u0161tal\u00e1cia, testovanie a uvedenie do prev\u00e1dzky, \u0161kolenie person\u00e1lu, pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba a monitorovanie v\u00fdkonu syst\u00e9mu s\u00fa nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre \u00faspech syst\u00e9mu \u00fapravy plynu RTO.<\/p>\n<p>Sme inovat\u00edvna spolo\u010dnos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 sa venuje poskytovaniu komplexn\u00fdch rie\u0161en\u00ed pre spracovanie odpadov\u00fdch plynov z prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a redukciu uhl\u00edka a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie pre v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 t\u00edm viac ako 60 technikov v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov a 16 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov, poch\u00e1dza z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre raketov\u00e9 motory na kvapaln\u00e9 paliv\u00e1 pre letectvo (Aerospace Sixth Institute). Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 m\u00e1 \u0161tyri z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie: tepeln\u00fa energiu, spa\u013eovanie, tesnenie a automatick\u00e9 riadenie. Sme schopn\u00ed simulova\u0165 teplotn\u00e9 polia a simula\u010dn\u00e9 modelovanie a v\u00fdpo\u010dty po\u013ea pr\u00fadenia vzduchu. Okrem toho m\u00e1me schopnos\u0165 testova\u0165 v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla, v\u00fdber materi\u00e1lov na adsorpciu molekul\u00e1rnych s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1lne testovanie charakterist\u00edk vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovania a oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tok VOC. Vybudovali sme v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pre redukciu uhl\u00edka z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v starobylom meste Xi&#039;an a v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 m\u00b2 v Yanglingu. Objem na\u0161ej v\u00fdroby a predaja zariaden\u00ed RTO je \u010faleko za svetom.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161a platforma pre v\u00fdskum a v\u00fdvoj zah\u0155\u0148a:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Testovacie zariadenie pre vysoko\u00fa\u010dinn\u00fa technol\u00f3giu regul\u00e1cie spa\u013eovania<br \/>\n\u2013 Testovacia laborat\u00f3rium \u00fa\u010dinnosti adsorpcie molekul\u00e1rnym sitom<br \/>\n\u2013 Testovacie zariadenie pre vysoko\u00fa\u010dinn\u00fa keramick\u00fa akumul\u00e1ciu tepla<br \/>\n\u2013 Testovacie zariadenie na rekuper\u00e1ciu odpadov\u00e9ho tepla s ultravysokou teplotou<br \/>\n\u2013 Testovacia laborat\u00f3rium technol\u00f3gie tesnenia plynom a kvapalinou<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e testovacie zariadenie pre vysoko\u00fa\u010dinn\u00fa technol\u00f3giu riadenia spa\u013eovania m\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 spa\u013eovania viac ako 991 TP3T a n\u00edzku \u00farove\u0148 emisi\u00ed NOx. Na\u0161e testovacie zariadenie pre \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 adsorpcie molekul\u00e1rnym sitom dok\u00e1\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fa a stabiln\u00fa adsorpciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Na\u0161e vysoko\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 testovacie zariadenie pre keramick\u00fa technol\u00f3giu akumul\u00e1cie tepla dok\u00e1\u017ee efekt\u00edvne uklada\u0165 tepeln\u00fa energiu. Na\u0161e testovacie zariadenie pre rekuper\u00e1ciu odpadov\u00e9ho tepla za ultravysok\u00fdch tepl\u00f4t dok\u00e1\u017ee sp\u00e4tne z\u00edskava\u0165 energiu z odpadov\u00e9ho plynu s vysokou teplotou.
